SELF-MASSAGE DEVICE
A massage device comprising a base portion having a first main surface, a plurality of support elements arranged in an array pattern about a first main surface of the base portion and extending through the first main surface thereof, and a massage member supportable by any one of the plurality of support elements, wherein the massage device is configured such that a user can rotate the massage member about an end portion of the massage member supported by the desired support element so as to exert a force on the user's body, thereby effecting a massaging of a portion of the user's body.
Sleep board solution
A Sleep Board Solution. The sleep system assembly has five key benefits: First: providing a solid foundation which aligns the hips, shoulders, back and neck naturally while sleeping. Second: providing a completely unique engineered and manufactured multi-layered foam support system that applies a mild constant traction to the spine and back during the sleep cycle stretching the discs and vertebra to enhance blood flow and promote natural healing during the sleep cycle. The third benefit is that it provides maximum sleeping comfort while totally eliminating any discomfort from the bottoming out of hips, shoulders, elbows or knees through the multilayered foam against the solid foundation. In adapting the system, an individual's specific needs/issues are first analyzed in order to optimize the system features for that individual. Finally, the system has a unique ESD conductive carbon fiber stripping encasement designed to interface with an Earthing/Grounding system in order to provide additional proven and well established healthful benefits when grounded directly to the Earth's surface during the sleep cycle.
Stand-alone continuous cardiac doppler pulse monitoring patch with integral visual and auditory alerts, and patch-display system and method
A stand-alone continuous cardiac Doppler pulse monitoring patch provides visual and auditory signals that a pulse is detected or not detected in a human subject. The invention is a small patch with a peel-away adhesive surface that is applied to the skin of the subject, preferably near a large artery. The adhesive surface of the patch includes a conductive medium to enhance transmission and reception of ultrasonic waves. The patch includes an integral power source, transmitters and receivers to send and detect reflected ultrasonic waves, a transducer to convert the reflected waves into an electrical signal, a processor to analyze the signal, a light to indicate the presence and strength of a pulse, and a speaker also to indicate the presence and strength of a pulse. The Doppler effect of waves reflecting from blood pumped from a heart is used to detect a pulse in the subject. The presence of a pulse is analyzed by the processor to determine the frequency and strength of blood flow. The processor causes the light to blink at a rate to indicate the frequency of rhythmic blood flow. In a further embodiment, the processor analyzes the strength of the blood flow and causes the light to increase or decrease in intensity to reflect the strength or weakness of the flow. The processor may also drive a speaker to emit sounds, such as beeps, that indicate the frequency and strength of blood flow. The absence of blood flow may be indicated by the absence of light or sound, or by separate light or auditory signals.
Energy emission device
The present invention provides an energy emission device comprising: one or a plurality of energy emitters for emitting at least one type of energy selected from the group consisting of an electromagnetic wave or an electromagnetic stimulation, an elastic wave, an oscillatory wave and heat to at least one position of a subject selected from the group consisting of the brain, the spinal cord, the cerebrospinal fluid or the flow passage thereof and the brain cell interstitial fluid or the flow passage thereof; an energy controller for controlling an amount of energy emitted from the energy emitters; and a sensor for obtaining information relating to wakefulness and/or a sleeping state of the subject, in which the energy controller controls the amount of energy emitted depending on the information relating to the wakefulness and/or the sleeping state.
Therapeutic Device for Treatment of Headache and Pain
A therapeutic device and method for using the same. The therapeutic device has a supportive body and a pressure applicator extending from the body that is configured to apply pressure to suboccipital muscles of a patient. The pressure applicator may be altered to adjust a position and points through which to apply pressure to the suboccipital muscles. The body may be positioned at an angle relative to the patient's neck and the pressure applicator is applied to the suboccipital muscles. The pressure can be applied for a duration of time to relieve and/or prevent headaches and migraines in patients.

Therapeutic pillow
The present invention provides devices for neck support and correction, for example, pillows, headrests, or cushions, designed to be placed under the head and neck of a person lying in a supine or side-lying position, Such devices are useful for maintaining or improving cervical and/or thoracic spinal curvature and/or alignment and for reducing pain associated with ailments of the neck or cervical vertebrae. Also provided are methods of improving cervical spinal alignment and for treating or ameliorating ailments of the neck or cervical vertebrae.
WEARABLE MASSAGE DEVICE
The present invention provides a wearable neck and shoulder massager device having a wearable assembly including: a front section, a rear section, an interior section located between the front and the rear sections, a top section connected to the top of the front and the rear sections, and a lower section connected to the bottom of the front and the rear sections. A right upper shoulder support member and a left upper shoulder support member are connected to the top section of the wearable neck massager. The structure also includes a plurality of massage heads affixed to the front section of the neck massager for massaging the back of the neck and/or shoulders of the wearer. Also, a motor and controller are connected to a power source located within the interior section of the wearable neck massager, wherein the motor causes vibrational, rotational, and/or oscillating movement of the massage heads for massaging the back of the neck and/or shoulders of the wearer.
