System and Method for Identifying a Fuel Loss
The measured volume of fuel in a storage tank of a vehicle is determined by positioning a sensor within a storage tank holding the fuel. A processor is also located on the vehicle for receiving data relative to the volume of the fuel in the storage tank, the mileage of the vehicle, and vehicle location, date, and time, for transmitting such data to a remote or centralized server (“RS”). The RS also receives fuel dispensed data from a fuel dispensing station (“FDS”), including location, date/time, and volume of fuel dispensed to the storage tank of the vehicle. The RS then compares the data received from the vehicle processor with the fuel dispensed data to determine whether there are any discrepancies between the dispensed volume of fuel purchased, as indicated in the FDS data, and the measured increase of volume of fuel in the vehicle at the time of dispensing from the FDS.
APPARATUS, SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MAINTENANCE OF A STRUCTURE CARRYING A FLUID
A method and apparatus are for maintaining a structure for carrying a fluid. In addition, a method, apparatus and system are for detecting leakage from a structure carrying a fluid. The methods include: providing a jacket covering at least a portion of a structure carrying a fluid, the jacket forming a pocket between the jacket and the structure, the pocket having an inlet and an outlet; injecting a drive fluid into the pocket in a flow through the inlet; and moving a potentially harmful fluid in the pocket with the flow of injected drive fluid out of the pocket through the outlet. The method may further include detecting the potentially harmful fluid by use of a detector downstream of the pocket. The described apparatuses and/or the system may be for performing one or more of the methods.
SYSTEM FOR REAL-TIME DETECTING LEAKAGE OF UNDERGROUND VOLATILE COMPOUND
The present invention relates to a real-time underground volatile organic compound leakage detection system and, more specifically, to a real-time underground volatile organic compound leakage detection system for minimizing contamination and allowing a rapid response by detecting beforehand in real time the spread of contamination in the soil and groundwater from environmental accidents due to leaks of oil, overflow oil and the like from the ground and underground storage tanks of a facility which is to be monitored for oils and harmful chemical substances comprising volatile organic compounds (VOCs). The system comprises: a monitoring well, provided in the periphery of the facility to be monitored, for collecting volatile organic compounds (VOCs) leaked from the facility to be monitored; a gas sensor module provided inside the monitoring well and for detecting the volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and measuring the concentration; a communication module for wirelessly transmitting detection and concentration sensor data measured by means of the gas sensor module; and a control center server for displaying the detection and concentration sensor data received from the communication module, and outputting a monitoring screen.
System and method for grounded high voltage leak detection
A leak detection system includes a high voltage leak detection (HVLD) testing system configured to inspect a package using a HVLD apparatus that includes an inspection electrode and a detection electrode. The leak detection system includes a grounding system that includes a grounding element. The grounding system is configured to remove, significantly reduce, or conduct away electric charge accumulation on the package. The leak detection system also includes a controller configured to operate and coordinate the operation of the grounding system with the operation of the HVLD testing system.
FUEL LEAK DETERMINATION VIA PREDICTIVE MODELING
Data characterizing a fuel storage facility can be received from one or more of a plurality of sensors disposed in the fuel storage facility. A fuel leak prediction for the fuel storage facility can be determined by a server, based on the received data, and further based on at least one predictive model that predicts whether a fuel leak exists in the fuel storage facility. The fuel leak prediction can be provided by the server. Related apparatus, systems, methods, techniques, and articles are also described.

The invention concerns the field of container closure integrity (CCI) and the testing of CCI and relates to a device and a method for leakage testing of a connection between a rubber stopper and a corresponding drug container which can be used for storing drugs under sterile conditions and which is closed by said rubber stopper.
DEVICE WITH HEALTH MONITORING
A device, such as a link box, with health monitoring has a housing defining an interior space, at least one surge arrester positioned in the interior space, at least one contactless temperature sensor positioned to contactlessly measure a temperature of the at least one surge arrester and generate temperature data therefrom, and at least one controller connected to the at least one contactless temperature sensor and configured to receive the temperature data.
LEAK SENSOR DRIP TRAY
Systems and methods are provided for a leak sensor drip tray. In some embodiments, an Information Handling System (IHS) may include: a component; a cold plate disposed above the component; a leak sensor board disposed above the cold plate; and a drip tray disposed above the leak sensor, wherein the drip tray is configured to capture a fluid leak from a fitting coupled to the cold plate.
BATTERY DISCONNECTION USING WATER SENSING FOR UNDERWATER BATTERY-POWERED POOL CLEANING DEVICES
Systems, devices, and methods for electrically disconnecting a battery of battery-powered swimming pool cleaners or other swimming pool equipment based on water sensing are described. An example system may include a sensing circuit to detect the presence of water, a power circuit to direct power to an electrical load, and a disabling circuit. The disabling circuit may be configured to receive a signal from the sensing circuit, and, in response, disable the power circuit from powering the electrical load.
