Head and neck compression garment
Compression garments and methods may include a head garment configured to be positioned around both sides of a head of a body from a posterior of the head to an anterior of the head (e.g., wherein the head garment may include a plurality of controllable head pressure applying regions positionable proximate at least cheeks and a posterior of the head) and a neck garment (e.g., coupled to the head garment). The compression garments and methods may also include a torso garment. Such garment portions may include one or more controllable pressure applying regions to move lymph from the head downward.
Chest Compression Devices for Augmented CPR
Devices and methods for CPR chest compression with active decompression.
ADJUSTABLE COMPRESSION GARMENT
Compression garments may include mitts and tightening apparatus to don, or put on, such compression garments. The mitts may be configured to receive a user's hand such that the user can move one or more portions of the garments using the mitts. The tightening apparatus may allow a user to selectively tighten or loosen the garments about the user's body portions. Once donned, the compression garments may apply pressure to one or more regions of the user's body such as, e.g., arm regions, shoulder regions, torso regions, and neck regions.
Massage device and method of use
A massage tool that provides ergonomic support to the user's hands and thumbs is provided. The tool may include a hand grip with a forward extending thumb portion. A series of massage ridges may be positioned beneath the thumb portion such that downward pressure applied to the thumb portion (e.g., by the user's thumb) may be transferred to the ridges to facilitate the massage. Two massage tools may be combined to form a combined massage tool assembly that may be used with two hands.
VERTICALIZING TABLE EQUIPPED WITH MEANS OF MOBILIZATION OF THE LOWER LIMBS AND LIGHT SOURCES
Mobility rehabilitation device comprising a table, hinged to a support structure and respective actuator, configured to rotate said table between a horizontal and a vertical position, said table being provided with a harness configured to fasten a patient positioned thereon, said rehabilitation device comprising a lower limbs movement mechanism to make the patient's femur rotate with respect to the hip and a couple of feet movement platforms, said device comprising also a plurality of infrared light sources, positioned so that each light source lights up the muscles of a respective area of the patient's lower limbs, a control unit configured to control said lower limbs movement mechanism and said light sources and to manage an adjusting cycle of the intensity of said light sources in a differentiated manner for each of said sources, as a function of the movement cycle imposed by said lower limbs movement mechanism.
Massage machine
The massage machine includes a massage unit for treating a treatment target person, a first drive unit for driving the massage unit in a direction facing a treatment site of at least the treatment target person, and a control unit that controls driving of at least the first drive unit. The massage unit is configured to include a treatment unit in an articulated structure with at least two or more joints, and a second drive unit that drives the treatment unit in the direction facing the treatment target site of the treatment target person. The at least the two or more joints are shifted from each other in a direction intersecting a longitudinal direction of the treatment target site.
Baby roller burpee and soothing massaging device
A massaging device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a fastener configured to removably attach to a human hand; a first base non-rotatably attached to the fastener; a second base rotatably attached to the first base, wherein the second base is configured to rotate about a first axis; an interface mechanism configured to permit adjustment of a rotational position of the first base with respect to the second base among two or more rotational positions; a cylinder coupled to the second base, wherein the cylinder is configured to rotate about a second axis, and wherein the first axis and the second axis are not parallel, and wherein the cylinder does not directly contact the first or second bases.
EXTERNAL VACUUM EXPANDER WITH NON-ADHESIVE RIM
A tissue expander having a shell, an opening in the shell in communication with an external vacuum source to apply a vacuum within the shell and impart a distracting force to expand tissue, and a rim connected to the shell and adapted to be in contact with a skin of a patient. The rim is non-fixedly attached to the skin of the patient and moves laterally outwardly with respect to the shell under application of the vacuum.
Posture enhancing device
A device that allows the user to provide spinal traction and splay in a localized and fully controllable way that has the device auto-return to a neutral position in case the user inadvertently loses control of operating the device, that has the ability to induce corrective spinal curvature from the lordotic neck curvature to the sacral curvature, that has the ability to conform or adjust to the varying curvature of differing body builds, that has the ability to provide corrective curvatures to all sides of a human body (front, side, back, and any hybridized orientation), that is adjustable for ergonomics to stretch or to compress any sections of the spinal curvature in a localized manner, that allows the benefits of splaying forces to correct spinal curvature, and that allows axial adjustment to the spinuous process.
ANTI-FATIGUE SEATING SYSTEM
A seating system includes a configurable electro-pneumatic mechanical device designed to be installed on any seat that is occupied for an extended period. The seating system incorporates a sequential stimulus process that is programmable and configurable to a user's needs. The seating system is adaptable and can be used in automotive, commercial vehicles, office chairs, lounging chairs, gaming chairs, hospitals, waiting rooms, theaters, schools, aviation and many military environments. In various embodiments, this invention is a completely new seating experience. The seating system, when added to any chair, combats static seating fatigue due to the absence of muscular contraction.
