Method for checking water sealing of instrumentation for underwater use
The present invention relates to instrumentation for underwater use powered by means of a battery and provided with a pressure sensor capable of periodically detecting pressure values inside the main body of the instrumentation. The present invention also relates to a method for detecting possible pressure drops inside the main body of the instrumentation over time. The instrumentation of the present invention enables carrying out efficient and inexpensive self-diagnosis of the pressure inside the body of the device, every time the battery is changed or also during manufacture of the instrument.
Power storage device manufacturing method, manufacturing device, liquid injection device, and liquid injection method
A power storage device manufacturing method that seals a case housing an electrode assembly of a power storage device and injects an electrolyte into the case after sealing, the method includes a step accompanied by a pressure operation of increasing or reducing a pressure inside the case after sealing the case, and a process performed in a state of turning the inside of the case to the pressure higher or lower than an atmospheric pressure, and an internal space capacity of the case is measured based on a change with time of the pressure inside the case caused by the pressure operation inside the case.
Aluminum alloy hub positioning fixture
The invention provides an aluminum alloy hub positioning fixture. The aluminum alloy hub positioning fixture adopts an upper trapezoidal metal taper sleeve and a lower trapezoidal metal taper sleeve, the lower trapezoidal metal taper sleeve is in contact with the central hole of a hub, and the upper trapezoidal metal taper sleeve is in contact with the cap section of the hub; the lower trapezoidal metal taper sleeve is mounted on a hollow shaft, and a metal pipe is arranged in the middle of the hollow shaft. During working, the hub is positioned and mounted on the lower trapezoidal metal taper sleeve via the central hole, the upper trapezoidal metal taper sleeve is in vertical contact with the cap section of the hub under the action of a cylinder.
Sealing Performance Test Method, Apparatus, and Storage Medium
A sealing performance test method, an apparatus, and a storage medium, where the method includes obtaining a first atmospheric pressure value after a component configured to seal the apparatus is installed in the apparatus where the first atmospheric pressure value is an atmospheric pressure value at inside of the apparatus when a pressure is applied to the apparatus, calculating an atmospheric pressure difference between the first atmospheric pressure value and an atmospheric pressure value at outside of the apparatus, and determining sealing performance of the apparatus based on the atmospheric pressure difference. Therefore sealing performance of the apparatus can be quickly and accurately tested.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR CHECKING POUCHES FOR FILLING LINES
A device for checking pouches adapted to contain a substance such as a liquid, a powder or a pure, includes at least one carousel adapted to convey the pouches, supporting them along its peripheral region, and at least one duct for supplying a test fluid that is connected to at least one nozzle insertable in a respective pouch conveyed by the carousel. The device further includes elements for detecting a variation in the pressure and/or flow rate of the test fluid in the supply duct after the test fluid has been supplied to, or drawn from, the pouch through the duct and the nozzle.
HIGH PRESSURE TANK DEVICE AND METHOD OF DETECTING LEAKAGE IN HIGH PRESSURE TANK DEVICE
A high pressure tank device includes a high pressure tank configured to supply/discharge a fluid through a supply/discharge channel, a first storage part, a leakage detection sensor provided in the first storage part for detecting leakage of the fluid, and a second storage part. The high pressure tank includes a resin liner, a reinforcement layer which covers an outer surface of the liner, and a cap having a supply/discharge hole. The first storage part can store a first fluid. The first fluid is at least one of the fluid that leaked from the supply/discharge channel and the fluid that leaked through the inside of the supply/discharge hole. The second storage part is provided independently from the first storage part, and can store a second fluid. The second fluid is the fluid that leaked from the outside of the supply/discharge hole.
METHOD AND SYSTEMS FOR A VESSEL LEAKAGE TIGHTNESS TEST
A leakage tightness testing system and a method for checking a tightness of a test vessel having a test vessel internal volume and a test vessel thermal inertia characteristic are provided. The leakage tightness testing system includes an external reference vessel coupled in flow communication to the test vessel. The external reference vessel includes an external reference vessel volume that includes an insulative material layer at least partially covering the external reference vessel. The insulative material layer is configured to approximately match a thermal inertia characteristic of the external reference vessel to the thermal inertia characteristic of the test vessel. The leakage tightness testing system also includes a leakage testing device coupled in flow communication to the test vessel and the external reference vessel. The leakage testing device includes a leakage sensor.
CYLINDER PROCESSING DEVICE
A processing apparatus for a plurality of cylinders that includes a superstructure having a support frame and a rotary structure mounted to the support frame for rotation about a rotational axis. The rotary structure includes a plurality of cylinder stations, angularly spaced about the rotational axis, each configured, in use, to receive a cylinder a plurality of restraining arms, each restraining arm corresponding to a respective cylinder station, and a locking mechanism coupled to the plurality of restraining arms. Each restraining arm is moveable between a closed configuration and an open configuration. In the closed configuration the restraining arm contacts a cylinder received on the corresponding cylinder station to restrain the cylinder on the cylinder station. In the open configuration, the restraining arm is retracted away from said cylinder received on the corresponding cylinder station such that a cylinder can be removed from the cylinder station or placed on the cylinder station. The locking mechanism has an unlocked configuration and a locked configuration. In the unlocked configuration movement of the plurality of restraining arms between said closed and open configurations is possible. In the locked configuration, movement of the plurality of restraining arms from said closed configuration to said open configuration is prevented by the locking mechanism.
