Apparatus for Minimally-Invasive Prevention and Treatment of Hydrocephalus and Method for Use of Same
20220040459 · 2022-02-10 ·

An apparatus for minimally-invasive, including non-invasive, prevention and/or treatment of hydrocephalus and method for use of the same are disclosed. In one embodiment of the apparatus, a housing is sized for superjacent contact with a skull having a fontanel. Within the housing, a compartment includes a pressure applicator, such as a fluid-filled bladder, under the control of a pressure regulator. The pressure applicator is configured to selectively apply an external pressure to the fontanel. The compartment includes a pressure sensor configured to measure intracranial pulse pressure of the fontanel. Further, in one embodiment, the apparatus can cause pulse pressure modulation by adjusting the intracranial pulse pressure via the pressure applicator. This enables a non-invasive measurement of the pulse pressure and modulation thereof in infants, for example.

Ballistic shockwave focusing waveguide

A waveguide that is configured to focus ballistic shockwaves by harnessing the propagation speed of an acoustic wave through different materials by controlling the geometry and the materials forming the waveguide through which the ballistic shockwave is travelling so as to focus the ballistic shockwaves at a focal zone.

Ergonomic Massage Chair

An ergonomic massage chair is configured with back and bottom structures held up by a pair of legs. The various support bars and structure of the ergonomic massage chair may be comprised of, in typical implementations, metal, but plastic and other suitable structures are also possible. The back structure has perimeter support bars that form the base of the back support, and horizontal support bars extend from a left perimeter support bar to a right perimeter support bar. The bottom structure likewise has a perimeter support bar that forms the structure of the bottom. A horizontal support bar extends from a left perimeter support bar to a right perimeter support bar. Nodes are attached to the ergonomic chair, and stability balls fit inside openings created by the support bars and nodes. A cover having memory foam pillows therein encapsulates the chair to provide users with customized setups that suit them.

Low Vibration Delivery System
20210386608 · 2021-12-16 ·

Improved low vibrational delivery system, suitable for individual to lie or sit upon and receive vibration. Multiple layers of vibrational attenuation iterative internally within design facilitate the optimized delivery, especially with regards to low vibrations. Key methodologies with regards to structural stability and the functional, unimpeded localization of resonators completes the novel, coherent design for optimized vibrational delivery which this invention embodies.

MASSAGE MECHANISM AND MASSAGE CONTROL DEVICE THEREOF, MASSAGE MACHINE AND WORKING METHOD OF MASSAGE MECHANISM
20210369548 · 2021-12-02 ·

massage mechanism and a massage control device thereof, a massage machine and a working method of the massage mechanism are disclosed. The massage mechanism includes a transmission part that is rotatably connected to a first transmission arm, a second transmission arm connected to the first transmission arm, and a swing rod connected to the second transmission arm. Each of two ends of the swing rod is provided with a massage wheel. A swing mechanism is mounted on the second transmission arm, is in contact with the swing rod and is configured to drive the swing rod to swing. The swing rod is driven to swing back and forth through the swing mechanism; the massage wheels on the swing rod massage the person being treated in a “knocking” manner; and the speed of the speed reducer and the swing amplitude of the swing rod are adjustable.

Device for testicle stimulation
20210369550 · 2021-12-02 ·

Disclosed herein is a device that compresses the testicles between two ergonomically-shaped plates in order to produce a sexual response. The plates are ergonomically sculpted to fit flush against the contours of the wearer's crotch, thereby reducing negative affects of the device on the wearer's mobility and comfort.

The ergonomic plates are connected together to form the testicle vice by means of an integrated quick-disconnect hinge. The hinge is a slip-joint style hinge whose components are incorporated into the design of the plates, i.e. no additional hardware is required to form the hinge.

The plates are compressed together by means of a single tensioner. The tensioner is an adjustment screw which is threaded into a pivoting nut on the base plate (also referred to herein as the “stationary jaw”). The head of the screw acts as the latch, which is secured onto the top plate (also referred to herein as the “moveable jaw”) by means of a catch plate. The adjustment screw acts as the vise's slide, whereto the moveable jaw travels along the slide's axis. The screw can pivot around the pivoting nut's axis, retracting away from the latch's receptacle (herein referred to as the “catch plate”), thereby allowing a quick release of the vice's pressure.

An orifice in the base plate is large enough to insert both the penis and testicles. A smaller orifice in the top place prevents insertion of the testicles but allows insertion of the penis, thereby isolating the testicles within the vice's jaws. A vertical ridge in the middle of the stationary jaw divides the testicles into two separate compartments (also referred to herein as “testicle cups”), aligning the testes parallel to the vice's jaws.
