The enclosure device includes an enclosure housing and noise-reducing material positioned inside the housing. The housing encloses the air pump and air valve device(s) during operation such that noise generated from or made by the air pump and air valve device(s) during operation is reduced, contained or eliminated. The present invention may include additional features: manual or automated armrest sliding, manual or automated shoulder massager with sliding mechanism, remote software update, media player holder, virtual reality player, wireless charger, hammering devices, heating acupuncture devices, and oxygen generator.

Apparatus for Treating Knee Abnormalities

A method of treating knee abnormalities includes securing the portion of the leg above the knee to a stationary object and securing the portion of the leg below the knee to a movable support. A force is applied to the movable support to stretch the knee joint. An apparatus for carrying out the method is also disclosed. The apparatus may be fitted with a controller system which allows the apparatus to be operated wirelessly from a mobile device running a mobile application, which may communicate with a web-based portal and/or database.

Force Assistance System for an Exercise Machine

A force assistance system for an exercise machine assists a user during a first portion of a lift. The force assistance system provides an assistance force at the beginning of a lift to help the user perform the lift. The assistance force reduces the amount of force the user must provide to start the lift. The assistance force helps the user exercise using higher weights for better muscle development. The force assistance system for the exercise machine generally includes an upper member, a lower member and at least one resilient member positioned between the upper member and the lower member. The upper member, the lower member and the at least one resilient member are adapted to be positioned between a frame and a movable arm of the exercise machine. The at least one resilient member applies the assistance force in an upward direction to the movable arm to help the user move the movable arm during a first portion of a lift.

Appliance for cardiopulmonary massage and/or resuscitation

The device according to the invention is used for a cardiopulmonary massaging and/or resuscitation of a patient and is provided with a massage stamp (17) which can be reversibly driven by a drive device in an actuation direction (18) and which has a pressure surface (31) that can be positioned at a contact region on the chest (12) of a patient (11). In order to ensure that the chest compressions are interrupted upon reaching a specified compression force, the massage stamp (17) has a stamp upper part (19) and a stamp lower part (20) which is operatively connected to the stamp upper part (19). The stamp upper part (19) and the stamp lower part (20) can be adjusted relative to each other in the actuation direction (18) at least between a first position which defines a working length (L) and a second position in which an effective length (1) of the massage stamp (17) is shortened compared to the working length (L). In the first position, the stamp upper part (19) is locked with the stamp lower part (20) by means of a releasable locking mechanism (21) and the locking mechanism (21) is released upon reaching or exceeding a specified compression force transmitted by the massage stamp (17).

Vertical oscillation auxiliary platform

A vertical oscillation auxiliary platform, wherein a drive mechanism drives an upper cover tread board to make vertical up-and-down movements with a transmission mechanism; when the drive mechanism drives a transmission shaft rotate, the transmission shaft drives lower parts of 8-shaped bearing blocks to rotate eccentrically, and upper parts thereof move horizontally; the 8-shaped bearing blocks drive one end of triangular bearing blocks to move horizontally with horizontal transmission rods, and the triangular bearing blocks, without moving a third end, convert horizontal movements at one end to be vertical movements at another end, and drive finally the upper cover tread board to generate stable vertical oscillation, so that singularity and stability of vertical movements of the upper cover tread board can be promised, and more stable and comfortable feeling and passive exercise effects can be gained, without deteriorating the exercise effects and exercise comfort due to additional disorganized lateral movements.

SPINE EXERCISE EQUIPMENT

A spine treating apparatus is presented. The apparatus includes a plurality of frames arranged in an x-direction to form a surface, suspension pieces supporting the plurality of frames, a rotator on which the suspension pieces rest, and a motor that turns the rotator about an axis that extends in the x-direction. The rotator has an uneven outer surface such that when the motor turns the rotator, the suspension pieces move according to the contours of the rotator's uneven outer surface. The movement of the suspension pieces treats the back of a patient lying on the surface. A method of treating a user's spine is also presented. The method entails arranging frames to form a surface, providing a suspension piece for each of the frames to support the frames, providing a rotator with an uneven surface to contact the suspension piece, and turning the rotator.

Percussive massage device

A percussion massager comprises a motor, a reciprocating assembly, a mallet, a power source, a housing, and a fixing frame. The motor, the reciprocating assembly and the power source are operably arranged in the housing. The motor comprises a main body and a first rotary shaft. Part of the mallet is not located in the housing. The first rotary shaft of the motor is operably mechanically connected with the reciprocating assembly. The reciprocating assembly is mechanically connected with the mallet. The fixing frame is installed in the housing. The main body of the motor and the reciprocating assembly are installed on the fixing frame. The main body of the motor and the reciprocating assembly are installed in the housing via the fixing frame only. When the motor is electrically connected with the power source, it rotates to drive the reciprocating assembly to reciprocate under the driving of the power source, thereby driving the mallet to make reciprocating linear motion for repeated striking.
