APPARATUS FOR STIMULATING PATIENT TISSUE OR GUM INJECTION DURING MEDICAL PROCEDURE INJECTIONS
A gum numbing system includes a wristband configured to be attached to a user' wrist; an electronics housing; two or more finger coverings; two or more gum stimulation assemblies, the two or more gum stimulation assemblies detachably connected to the two or more finger coverings and the two or more gum stimulation assemblies to stimulate a patient's gum before a needle is inserted into the patient's gum; and two or more cables or wires, the two or more cables or wires connecting the electronics housing to the two or more gum stimulation assemblies. The electronics housing is integrated into the wristband or the top surface of the wristband.
DEVICES AND METHODS FOR WARM GAS THERAPY
Devices and method for warm gas therapy is provided. Device comprises a gas warmer assembly to warm a first gas to a temperature in a first temperature range to obtain warm first gas. The device comprises a first delivery unit that can deliver the warm first gas to a main treatment chamber which encloses a sub-treatment chamber to retain heat therein. A second delivery unit can receive a therapeutic gas from a gas supply. The second delivery unit comprises a first portion and a second portion. The first portion substantially passes through the first delivery unit and therapeutic gas in the first portion is warmed by the warm first gas. The second portion delivers the warm therapeutic gas to a sub-treatment chamber. The sub-treatment chamber encloses a body part of a patient.
SKIN CLEANSING DEVICE HAVING INTERCHANGEABLE CLEANSING HEADS
A skin cleansing device has a base body and a removable cleansing head. The base body houses a vacuum pump and has a mount for connecting to the removable cleansing head. The mount has an opening into the base body and a support surface. The removable cleansing head has a collection portion and a mounting portion. The collection portion defines an inlet and an internal cavity. The mounting portion has a stem defining a channel fluidly connected to the internal cavity. The cleansing head is removably connectable to the base body with the stem being configured to be received in the opening of the mount. The vacuum pump is configured to generate a fluid flow through the internal cavity and the channel into the base body such that a suction force is generated at the inlet.
Apparatus for promoting hair growth
A cap promoting hair growth is provided. In one embodiment, the cap covers the user's scalp while the hair growth is promoted by the vibration of micro-needle massage pad along with the illumination of laser beam with the growth factor applied to the user's scalp.
Intermittent Pneumatic Compression System
The invention is directed at an intermittent pneumatic compression (IPC) system that is modular in nature and allows mobility for subjects utilizing the system. In an aspect, the IPC system utilizes a mobile IPC device. The mobile IPC devices is an easy to use portable device that can be mounted onto a limb of a subject. The modular mobile IPC device includes an independent power source, allowing subjects to be mobile while the IPC device is operating. In an aspect, the mobile IPC device also ensures compliance of following the prescribed treatment.
MOLDABLE HEATER WITH MINIATURE HARMONIC RESONANCE FREQUENCY VIBRATION GENERATOR FOR OPTHALMIC EYELID THERAPY INCLUDING NEUROSTIMULATION DEVICE
Embodiments provide a moldable warming device, including a heating disc; a first harmonic resonance frequency stimulation vibration generator (RFSVG); a coupling device; a mask configured to hold the heating disc, the first harmonic RFSVG, and the coupling device for use in parallel utility; and a sensor array, the sensor array configured to determine tuning parameters of a vibration and heating profile of a user's individual eyelid, periorbital, and nasal three-dimensional anatomy and surface topography. According to at least one embodiment, the moldable warming device is configured to provide an eyelid surface and periorbital structures with therapeutic warmth, and the first harmonic RFSVG is configured to provide tuned harmonic resonance or non-resonance frequency stimulation vibration over the user's nasal bridge area through the user's nasal bone such that nasal sensory nerves are stimulated to induce tear production reflex in the user's lacrimal function unit.
