Exoskeleton and mounting arrangement
There is disclosed a mobility aid for use by a user having a lower body amputation site. The mobility aid includes a lower body exoskeleton (LBE). The LBE has a pelvic support structure and a first leg and a second leg. Each of the first and second legs are movably coupled to the pelvic support structure, wherein at least the first and second legs are selectively actuable to move the lower body exoskeleton relative to a surface on which the mobility aid is positioned. The LBE also includes a carrier selectively positionable with respect to the lower body exoskeleton and, which in use, supports the user at or about an amputation site; and a harness system configured to, when in use, secure the user to the lower body exoskeleton.

GASTROINTESTINAL TREATMENT SYSTEM INCLUDING A VIBRATING CAPSULE AND METHOD OF USE THEREOF
A gastrointestinal treatment system including a gastrointestinal capsule adapted to treat a subject following ingestion of the gastrointestinal capsule. The gastrointestinal capsule includes: (a) a housing; (b) a vibrating agitator, powered by the battery, the vibrating agitator adapted such that, in a first vibrating mode of operation, the housing exerts vibrations on an environment surrounding the capsule; (c) a power supply disposed within the housing and adapted to power the vibrating agitator; and (d) a controller adapted, in response to receipt of an activation input, to activate the vibrating agitator to operate in the first vibrating mode of operation at at least one predetermined time of day. The system and method may be used to treat an ailment of the gastrointestinal tract and/or to mitigate at least one symptom of jetlag in a subject travelling from an origin location to a destination location.

The disclosure provides systems and methods for neuromodulation using a housing that at least partially contains a stimulator assembly, wherein the stimulator assembly is configured to generate vibration by mechanical oscillation and/or using a sound wave; and wherein the vibration generated by the stimulator assembly is configured to therapeutically treat the subject by stimulating one or more nerves when the housing is placed in proximity to or on a skin surface of a subject.
