QUANTITATIVE DETECTION METHOD OF MULTIPLE METABOLITES IN BIOLOGICAL SAMPLE AND METABOLIC CHIP
The present invention discloses a quantitative detection method of multiple metabolic components in a biological sample and a metabolic chip used in the method. The detection method includes performing derivatization treatment on the biological sample and then detecting the derivatized biological sample by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. The metabolic chip of the present invention includes a chip carrier microtiter plate and related reagents, and quantitative detection of multiple metabolic components of different magnitudes such as amino acid, phenol, phenyl or benzyl derivative, indole, organic acid, fatty acid, sugar, and bile acid in the biological sample on the same microtiter plate can be achieved.
Amino acid analysis method
A method for analyzing amino acids by liquid chromatography, in which a sample containing a plurality of kinds of amino acids is derivatized with a derivatization reagent, and the obtained derivatized sample is circulated on a column together with a mobile phase. Two or more kinds of derivatized samples are prepared using two or more kinds of derivatization reagents. Different analytical conditions in which mixing ratio of the plurality of the mobile phases is changed with a passage of time are set for each kind of the derivatization reagent. A solvent mixing ratio in the mobile phase being the mixed solvent system is set for the each kind of the derivatization reagent. The two or more kinds of derivatized samples are analyzed by automatically switching between the different analytical conditions and the solvent mixing ratio to separate and quantify derivatized L-amino acids and derivatized D-amino acids.
PROCESS FOR PRODUCING BIOFERTILIZERS/BIOSTIMULANTS FROM MICROALGAE OF THE SPECIES SCENEDESMUS SP. WITH INTENSIVE CO2 CAPTURE, BIOFERTILIZERS/BIOSTIMULANTS OBTAINED BY SAID PROCESS AND THEIR USES IN AGRICULTURE
The present invention relates to a process for producing biofertilizers/biostimulants from microalgae with intensive CO.sub.2 capture, which comprises the following steps: a) preparing an inoculum; b) cultivating for the production of microalgae biomass in a window photobioreactor; c) collecting the biomass by flocculation; d) drying the biomass, and grinding and extracting a polar fraction by solvent in a two-phase system; and e) analyzing the polar fraction by liquid chromatography.
The invention also relates to the extracts of wet biomass of the microalgae Scenedesmus sp., obtaining the polar fraction. This polar fraction contains amino acids, sugars, betaine derivatives, vitamin B3 (nicotinamide or nicotinic acid) and pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), the monoterpene loliolide and the tryptophan derivative indole-lactic acid (analogous to indole-acetic acid, a phytohormone of the auxin class).
The polar fraction can also be used as an input in the cultivation of soybeans, corn, sugar cane, cotton and coffee, among other cultivated species.
