The strip of material has an outer surface and an inner surface and is formed of a material that prevents the moisturizer applied on skin of the belly potion from seeping through the material. The strip of material is elastic for maintaining a constant adherent traction with the belly portion of the woman and for preventing the skin of the belly portion from stretching apart and the elastic fibers of the skin from tearing. A closure system is included for securely fastening together the first and second ends of the strip of material.
