A spine regularity rotation motion device includes a T-shaped hanger, a neck traction belt, an n-shaped base, and a horizontal rotary drive platform, wherein the T-shaped hanger is connected to the neck traction belt via a pulling belt at one end, and is connected to the n-shaped base through a main elevating post at another end. A user can rest his face on the neck traction belt, which is gently pulled upwards to increase the space between the cervical joints and align the spine to the center. The horizontal rotary drive platform is provided inside the n-shaped base with a correction seat on the top for the user to sit on. The seat allows the hip of the user to move in a regularity rotation manner that is opposite to the directions of the twisted and/or bent lumbar spine or skewed pelvis. An underarm support is also provided to raise the spine and reduce stacking to facilitate the rehabilitation process.

A spinal decompression device from which a user suspends himself with his head up, taking advantage of gravity to stretch his spine and relieve tension in his back. Two crosspieces are connected at their middle portions to form an X. Each crosspiece has an arm near the top and a foot at the bottom, all extending horizontally and perpendicularly to the crosspieces. The height of the arms and their distance apart from each other are adjustable to fit each user so that the user may control the amount of his body weight suspended between the arms during treatment, by resting his feet on the ground. The device is collapsible for easier storage. A safety strap may be connected between the lower portions of each cross piece to prevent accidental collapse of the device. Wheels may be attached to the feet to make the device easier to move.

A harness may be coupled to the cross brace, and the harness may have a traction surface. An adjustable fastener may control the harness length therein controlling the distance between the traction surface and the first cross brace. The base positioned on a surface or structure, and portions of the harness positioned around the body of a user, such as under the arms and around the back. The user may manipulate the adjustable fastener to position portions of the harness a desired distance from the cross brace. The user may then leans forwards tilting the decompression device and the harness will provide lift, and therefore decompression, to the back of the body of a user.
