AUTOMATIC ANALYZER
20170205435 · 2017-07-20 ·

A display unit displays, on a single screen, a first display area configured from a first area corresponding to the position on a reagent disc at which a reagent container is disposed and a second display area configured from a second area corresponding to the position on a reagent loader at which a reagent container is disposed. A control unit changes the display state of the first area on the basis of whether a reagent container is placed at a position on the reagent disk corresponding to the first area and reagent information for the reagent accommodated in the placed reagent container and changes the display state of the second area on the basis of whether a reagent container is placed at a position on the reagent loader corresponding to the second area and reagent-container-conveyance-state information for the placed reagent container.

Automatic analyzer and reagent processing method in automatic analyzer

An automatic analyzer is capable of performing a preparation process on a reagent used to measure a highly urgent test item even during analysis operation, and is configured as follows. If there is no parameter for the analysis item regarding a new reagent, the parameters are downloaded. If the priority of reagent preparation is high, a sample pipetting scheduling process is temporarily stopped. If the priority of reagent preparation is not high, it is determined whether a waiting time limit has been exceeded, and if it has, the sample pipetting scheduling process is stopped temporarily, reagent preparation scheduling is performed, and the sample pipetting scheduling process is resumed. If it is determined that the waiting time limit has not been exceeded, if the priority of reagent preparation is medium, and if the reagent preparation mechanism is found available, then reagent preparation scheduling is performed.

Automatic analyzer

A high-throughput automatic analyzer integrates a biochemical analysis section and a blood coagulation analysis section. The analyzer is capable of achieving a reduction in size, system cost, and lifecycle cost. The automatic analyzer includes: a reaction disk; a first reagent dispensing mechanism that dispenses a reagent to reaction cells on the reaction disk; a photometer that irradiates a reaction solution in the reaction cell with light; a reaction cell cleaning mechanism; a reaction vessel supply unit that supplies a disposable reaction vessel for mixing and reacting a sample and a reagent with each other; a second reagent dispensing mechanism that dispenses a reagent to the disposable reaction vessel; a blood coagulation time measuring section that irradiates a reaction solution in the disposable reaction vessel with light to detect transmitted or scattered light; and a sample dispensing mechanism that dispenses a sample to the reaction cell and the disposable reaction vessel.

REAGENT CALIBRATION SYSTEM AND METHOD

One aspect relates to a method of calibrating event data. The method includes obtaining, via an electronic device including a processor, event data for an assay including a reagent. The reagent is associated with one of a plurality of manufacturing lots of the reagent. The method includes receiving one or more calibration factors for the reagent based on an identifier associated with the one of the plurality of manufacturing lots. The method further includes generating calibrated event data based on an application of the one or more calibration factors to the event data.

Automatic analyzer

An automatic analyzer provided with a roller and a reagent container shoulder presser at the position where an operator inserts a reagent container into the automatic analyzer. The reagent container is pushed while the lid of the reagent container is made to touch the upper side of the roller and the shoulder presser is made to touch the shoulder of the reagent container, and the application of upward force to the lid causes the lid of the reagent container to be half open, after which the reagent container is inserted in the analyzer.

SPECIMEN ANALYZER AND SPECIMEN ANALYZING METHOD
20170160298 · 2017-06-08 · ·

A sample analyzing method of a sample analyzer for measuring samples, using a reagent container which comprises a writable and readable storage medium, the sample analyzing method including: storing information regarding a remaining amount of a reagent in the reagent container to a memory of the analyzer read from the storage medium; updating the information in the memory in response to an aspiration of the reagent; and writing updated information in the memory to the storage medium when an aspiration of the reagent in a plurality of measurements is completed. The writing of the updated information is postponed until the aspiration of the reagent in the plurality of measurements is completed.

Measurement apparatus and quality control method

Disclosed is a measurement apparatus that includes: a measurement unit configured to measure a control sample for quality control; a display unit; and a processing unit configured to cause the display unit to display an input screen for setting an evaluation criterion used in the quality control, and, in the measurement apparatus, the processing unit causes the display unit to display a quality control result of a test item, based on the evaluation criterion and a measurement result of the control sample.

ANALYSIS SYSTEM AND ANALYSIS METHOD USING SAME

An analysis system includes: an analyzer that performs an analysis using polymer filled in a polymer cartridge, acquires attribute information on the polymer cartridge, and transmits the attribute information to the outside; and a server that acquires the attribute information on the polymer cartridge transmitted from the analyzer, collates the attribute information with attribute information stored in a database, and transmits to the analyzer a determination result obtained by determining whether or not the polymer cartridge in which polymer corresponding to the collated attribute information has been filled already is proper as an object to be set on the analyzer.

Systems and methods for automated cell culturing

Systems and methods for automated cell culturing are disclosed. In some embodiments, one or more cell culture vessels are fluidly connected with one or more multiport valves and one or more fluid pumps. The fluid pumps may pump various fluids into and out of the cell culture vessels as necessary to support cell growth, routed by the one or more multiport valves. In some embodiments, one or more components may be removable from other components so that some components may be prepared and sterilized independently prior to usage.
