Pipette tip supply mechanism and pipette tip supply method
A pipette tip supply mechanism includes: a pipette tip storage unit for storing a plurality of tapered shaped pipette tips; a belt for transporting a pipette tip supplied from an opening of the pipette tip storage unit; and a belt drive unit that drives the belt in a transport direction. The belt is inclined upwards toward the transport direction so that the pipette tip is rotatable around a longitudinal axis of the pipette tip on a surface of the belt and the pipette tip is rolled to orient the longitudinal axis of the pipette tip along the transport direction in conjunction with the drive of the belt in the transport direction.
Automation apparatus of analysis laboratory
An automation apparatus of an analysis laboratory, for handling support devices able to support containers of biological samples. The automation apparatus includes two main automatic belt conveyors arranged in positions spaced from one another on a floor, and at least one auxiliary automatic belt conveyor. The auxiliary belt conveyor is spaced at a different height with respect to the main conveyors, and is operatively connected to the main conveyors by means of lift devices.
LABORATORY SYSTEMS FOR AUTOMATICALLY PROCESSING BIOLOGICAL SAMPLES, USE THEREOF AND METHOD FOR PROCESSING BIOLOGICAL SAMPLES BY MEANS OF SUCH A LABORATORY SYSTEM
The present invention describes a laboratory system for automatically processing at least one sample container containing a biological sample, the laboratory system comprising a housing; laboratory instrument units for executing processing steps on the biological sample; an input station configured to receive the sample container; a transport means for transport of the sample container from the input station to the laboratory instrument units, and further to an output station; a control unit for determining whether the sample and/or the container is in a condition to be processed by the laboratory instrument units; an input-output station providing an interface between the inside and the outside of the housing; and a workbench on the outside of the housing in front of the input-output station for an operator to be in the position to manipulate the sample and/or the container. Furthermore, the use of such a laboratory system as well as a method for processing a biological sample in a sample container by means of such a laboratory system is described.
Automated liquid-phase immunoassay apparatus
Disclosed is an automated liquid-phase immunoassay apparatus used with a cuvette having a plurality of chambers containing a reagent necessary for detection of an analyte in a biological specimen. The apparatus includes a movable cuvette module equipped with the cuvette, an optical reading module for optical assaying of a material resulting from a reaction between the specimen and the reagent, and a dispenser module which is positioned on the cuvette module and which dispenses the specimen and the reagent to the plurality of chambers of the cuvette and washes the specimen and the reagent therefrom.
SLIDE RACK CAROUSEL
A digital slide scanning apparatus slide rack carousel allows continuous loading and unloading of slide racks into the carousel while the digital slide scanning apparatus is simultaneously digitizing glass slides. The slide rack carousel includes a base having an interior portion of its upper surface at an angle. The slide rack carousel also includes plural rack spacers extending upward from the base and adjacent rack spacers define a rack slot. Each rack spacer also includes a rack stopper on each side such that adjacent rack spacers have rack stoppers facing each other. The rack stoppers prevent a slide rack from moving further toward the center of the carousel than desired.
Sample transport method and apparatus, test instrument and computer-readable storage medium
A sample transport method, applied to a test instrument including a conveyor belt, and a loading platform and a grab position sequentially disposed along a transport direction of the conveyor belt, wherein a plurality of sample holder transport positions are disposed on the conveyor belt; the method including: pushing a first sample holder from the loading platform to a sample holder transport position of the conveyor; when a sample position on the first sample holder moves to the grab position, determining whether the sample position moved the grab position is a target sample position; if so, then determining whether all samples positions on the first sample holder before the target sample holder other than a predetermined number of sample positions have completed testing, wherein the predetermined number is sample position number corresponding to a delay time in outputting information indicating whether a sample needs to be retested.
LABORATORY AUTOMATION SYSTEM FOR HANDLING TEST TUBES
The present disclosure relates to a laboratory automation system for handling test tubes containing samples of biological material along one or more guiding lanes. The laboratory automation system includes a framework defining a base wall of the guiding lanes and at least two guiding profiles defining opposite side walls of the guiding lanes. The framework is provided with two or more coupling slots of respective guiding profiles to the framework obtained along the base wall.
Holder transport apparatus
A holder transport apparatus according to an embodiment includes, an elevator device comprising a conveyance member which includes an ascending path and a descending path arranged along an ascending and descending circulation path that circulates, and a plurality of support plates which are attached to the conveyance member and support a holder which holds a sample container in an erect state.
Sample rack scheduling control method and system, and medical detection device
Some embodiments of the disclosure provide a sample rack scheduling control method. The method includes the following steps: respectively obtaining a state of each position node on each preset delivery path, wherein the state of each position node includes an available state and an occupancy state; and for each of the delivery paths, if a target position node on the delivery path and position nodes between the target position node and a start position node all are in the available state, marking the target position node on the delivery path and the position nodes between the start position node and the target position node all as the occupancy state, and controlling a current sample rack at the start position node to move to the target position node. The present disclosure further provides a sample rack scheduling control system and a medical detection device.
