A protective glove is provided, where a palm side of the protective glove successively includes, from inside to outside, a base layer, a first coating layer, a palm functional layer, and a second coating layer; and a hand back side successively includes, from inside to outside, a base layer, a first coating layer, and a second coating layer. A hand back functional layer is provided between the first coating layer and the second coating layer, and a glove cuff may also be provided. The material of the first coating layer and the second coating layer is natural rubber, synthetic rubber, or plastics. The palm functional layer may be an impact-resistant layer or a damping layer. The second coating layer at the palm side is provided with grip-enhancing points or grip-enhancing bands. The second coating layer at the hand back side is provided with decorative strips and decorative blocks.

A sport glove with tightening inserts including a sport glove having a body portion and a banded cuff. A tab is attached to a left end of the cuff and is selectively foldable atop a front area of the cuff. A pair of inserts includes a female insert and a male insert. The female insert is disposed on the front area of the cuff, and the male insert is medially disposed on an interior surface of the tab. A plurality of gripping teeth is continuously disposed on the female insert, and a tension hook is disposed on a right side of the male insert. The tension hook is selectively engageable with each of the plurality of gripping teeth.

A ring opening strategically placed on the glove eliminates the need for the removal of a ring while wearing the glove and provides a more comfortable method of wearing a ring and glove. In use, the first securing element is engaged with a part of the second securing element, the cuff strap is wrapped around the cuff portion, and a part of the second securing element is engaged with the third securing element. Engaging the second securing element with the third securing element simultaneously tightens the wrist strap and the cuff strap around the cuff portion.
