A protective pant for a wearer, comprising a pelvic portion for overlying a pelvic region of the wearer to provide impact protection to the pelvic region, leg portions for overlying thighs of the wearer to provide impact protection to the thighs, and a zipperless length adjuster configured to adjust a length of the protective pant. Also, a protective pant for a wearer, the protective pant comprising: an inner base for protecting a pelvic region of the wearer; an outer shell; and a zipperless length adjuster comprising a plurality of adjustment elements on the inner base and a plurality of adjustment elements on the outer shell, each of the adjustment elements on the outer shell configured to be attachable to a corresponding one of the adjustment elements of the inner base in at least two positions to permit length-wise adjustment of the outer shell relative to the inner base.

This disclosure is related to trousers with a waist protection belt. The trousers include the waist protection belt that is detachably attached to a belt cloth of the trousers, a trouser body that includes a stretchable cloth at a position corresponding to a waist part of a back body part of the trousers, and a position adjusting part that is provided at substantially a center of the waist protection belt and is provided at a position on a back surface of the belt cloth corresponding to the waist part of the trouser body. The position adjusting part is configured to adjustably change an attachment position of the waist protection belt in a vertical direction with respect to the trouser body.

BELT BUCKLE
A buckle can include a first strap engaging device and a second strap engaging device. The first strap engaging device can include a first engaging structure extending rearward from the front portion, with the first engaging structure defining a first hole through a first surface of the first engaging structure that faces outward in a first side direction from the buckle. The first engaging device can also include a buckle protrusion configured to press against a first strap end extending through the first hole to engage the first strap end without the buckle protrusion extending through the first strap end. The second engaging device can be configured to engage a second strap end. A technique can include securing first and second strap ends using a buckle, which can include engaging the first strap end using a buckle protrusion without the buckle protrusion extending through the first strap end.

Systems and methods for monitoring the location of a patient using an integrated belt and sensor for alarm for patient furniture. The belt may include at least one strap and a slider configured to be releasably attached to one another and an alarm system that is triggered when the slider is disengaged from the other strap or straps. By doing so, the amount of time it takes to remove the belt can be increased, which provides medical personnel additional time to reach a patient. Additionally, the system may include additional components to allow a patient to move side-to-side relative to the furniture or device. For instance, where the furniture is a bed, side-to-side movement is desired for added comfort. The system may include a slider enabling the belt to be adjustable for patients of any number of different sizes.
Double-sided usable belt buckle
The present disclosure provides a double-sided usable belt buckle, including a tail clamp, a frame, a buckling pin, first connectors, and a second connector. Both the frame and the buckling pin are connected with the tail clamp and rotate relative to the tail clamp, and a first end of the tail clamp is configured to connect with a belt body. The first connectors are configured to connect the tail clamp with the frame, the second connector is configured to connect the tail clamp with the buckling pin. A fixing base is disposed on a second end of the tail clamp, and the fixing base includes a left part fixing base and a right part fixing base. The left part fixing base and the right part fixing base are symmetrically disposed, a gap is formed between the left part fixing base and the right part fixing base.
SECURE FIT QUICK RELEASE TOOL BELT AND SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR USE
Disclosed is a quick release tool belt for the waist of a user, which includes a support strap, a release band with belt teeth on a first end and a binding with a release mechanism on the second end and slidably coupled to the release band. The binding has a base, a release rotationally attached to the base with a tooth lock, a tooth coupling rotationally attached to the base and engaged with the release and the release band, and a lever rotationally attached to the release and engaged with the release band with a tightening tooth. When the release is in the engaged position the tooth coupling and the lever are engaged with the release band and when the release is in the release position, the tooth coupling is operably engaged with the release and the tooth coupling and the lever are disengaged with the release band.

A quick hook-up and release anchor belt assembly for adjustably interconnecting two detachably coupled belts that are especially suited in combination for constraining the abdominal portion of a weight lifter's torso, and the like, the belt being of substantial thickness.
