The ratchet belt includes a flexible strip designed to support any number of the plurality of firearms, tactical gear and equipment thereon, a ladder strap coupled to the flexible strip and having a plurality of teeth, and a ratchet assembly coupled to the flexible strip and having a crank arm rotatably mounted to a buckle where the crank arm is designed to engage with one of the plurality of teeth on the ladder strap. The flexible strip is disposed around the user to permit the first end of the ladder strap to insert through the buckle of the ratchet assembly. The crank arm is rotatably adjusted to engage with one of the plurality of teeth in the ladder strap to enable the flexible strip to conform to the user.

The one or more visual elements imprinted on the panel are visible when the panel is deployed and the one or more visual elements imprinted on the panel are not visible when the panel is retracted.

A belt apparatus is configured to support the trousers worn by a person and to include a number of airbags that are deployable in a falling event to protect the person from bone breakages. The belt apparatus includes a flexible belt element and a fastener that appear and function in much the same way as an ordinary apparel trouser belt, i.e., fitting through belt loops in trousers and being fastenable to itself to support the pair of trousers at the waist of the person. Despite the ordinary appearance of the belt apparatus, it includes airbags internal thereto whose expansion is controlled by a control apparatus. Responsive to a falling event in a particular direction with respect to the person, the control apparatus triggers the rapid expansion of an airbag that is situated on the belt element in the particular direction with respect to the person and takes other actions.

The invention is designed for patients who have hyper lordosis conditions. The mechanism of the belt is based on biofeedback. When a user-wearer relaxes their abdominal region, the belt produces vibration or sound and the user-wearer must tighten their abdominal region to discontinue the vibration or noise. Biofeedback belt system can also work in a manner such that when the user-wearer tightens their abdominal region, the belt plays music or favorable vibration separately or together as encouragement. Over a period of time of tightening of the abdominal region on a regular basis, the abdominal region size decreases and abdomen strengthens.
