A belt comprises a strap (10) extending between a first end portion (10a) and a second end portion (10b) along a respective principal direction of extension and comprising a plurality of through locking holes (11) arranged one after another and at least one through fastening opening (15). The belt also comprises a buckle (2), which can be removably coupled with the strap (10), comprising a main body (3) and at least one tongue (4) connected to an outer face (3a) of the main body (3) and projecting from it to form a free end (4b) which can engage in at least one of the through locking holes (11) in the strap (10) The buckle (2) also comprises a fastening element (5) protruding from the outer face (3a) of the main body (3) and configured for removably coupling the buckle (2) and the strap (10).

The inner duty belt has an inner side and an outer side, and includes a waist portion having a first touch fastener coupled to the outer side, an attachment portion having a connecting element configured to engage with the waist portion, and a flexible portion disposed between the waist portion and the attachment portion. A belt system comprising a belt buckle, a belt strap, and a stopper. The belt buckle has a frame, an attachment assembly defining an inlet and an outlet, and a securing assembly. The belt strap defines a first end and a second end. The stopper is fixedly attached to the second end of the belt strap. The present invention relates to an electrically heated wearable belt and method for applying heat to a part of a user’s body for reducing fat and weight by facilitating generation of sweat. The belt is flexible, foldable, and insulating and includes a heating element in the form of flexible metal strips that receive electrical power from a rechargeable battery. The battery is positioned inside a pocket of the belt and is coupled to the heating element through a connector. The heating element may provide a uniform heating or differential heating to the skin of the user where the belt is worn. The belt has a fastening mechanism for securing the belt and can be applied to the abdomen, hips, thighs, and more of the user.
