TRIM PIECE WITH VARIABLE STRETCH CHARACTERISTICS
Elastic trims and articles incorporating the same, and also methods of manufacturing and processing elastic trims and articles incorporating the same, are provided. An elastic trim may include a base textile that is knitted or woven, and may further include cables that are movably positioned in tunnel structures located within the base textile, the cables having a lower stretch characteristic than the base textile. The cables may be secured and removed at certain locations, thereby imparting a variable stretch characteristic to the elastic trim. The elastic trims may be incorporated into various articles, including waistbands, apparel, footwear, and bags.
Elastic band for clothing
An elastic band for use with articles of clothing. The elastic clothing band is configured to attach or secure to two different portions of an article of clothing, such as shorts or pants, and provide a mechanism for holding up the article of clothing to a user's body. The elastic clothing band may comprise a first end comprising a first article of clothing securing member, a second opposing end comprising a second article of clothing securing member, and a main body separating the first end and the second end.
Waistband for article of apparel featuring cord and embroidery tunnel
A waistband for an article of apparel comprising at least one embroidery tunnel is provided. The waistband comprises at least one cord comprising a first and second end affixed to the waistband, and an intervening portion movably coupled to the waistband with stitches that form the embroidery tunnel, the embroidery tunnel configured to distribute a tensioning force applied to the cord across at least a portion of the waistband. The embroidery tunnel forms a series of parallel courses across the waistband, with the cord able to move freely within the embroidery tunnel.

Garments with absorbent, wicking, and expandable bandrolls
A garment includes a bandroll for a waistband of the garment, the bandroll having an absorption layer and a wicking layer. The wicking layer controls stretch properties of the absorption layer. The waistband comprises a second material and wherein a shrinkage of a material substrate of the bandroll substantially matches a shrinkage of the second material. The bandroll provides memory to the waistband. The garments may be pants, shorts, overalls, skirts, dresses, jumpers, and one-piece suits, and may be a uniform.
WAISTBAND FOR A GARMENT
Examples of a waistband for a garment are disclosed. The waist band includes a front portion for covering at least a portion of an abdomen of a wearer, a back portion for covering at least a portion of a lower back area of the wearer, a first inner panel extending from a front central line at the front portion to a back central line at the back portion, a second inner panel extending from the front central line at the front portion to the back central line at the back portion, and at least one bonding adhesive panel bonding together the back portion with the first and second inner panels. The inside of the disclosed waistbands are seamless.
STRETCHABLE GARMENTS AND MANUFACTURING METHOD
A one-size-fits-all garment (10) is formed of multiple stretchable fabric portions (2) joined together by a PBT (polybutylene terephthalate) thread (38). The garment includes a waistband (6) that uses a paper fusing technique to fuse a fusing material from a paper backing sheet (18, 18A, 18B), onto the waistband which is also joined to the stretchable fabric portions using PBT thread. A method for forming the garment includes using a sheet of carrier paper with a fusing material such as a plurality of discrete dots of fusing material, to the waistband and sewing the multiple stretching stretchable fabric portions together and to the waistband using the PBT thread.

MULTIPURPOSE, CROSSBODY STRAP WITH UNIVERSAL INTERLOCKING RINGS
An ambidextrous, adjustable cross-body strap comprising a plurality of variably sized pockets, a buckle and universal interlocking keyring system for added user security. The cross-body strap can be worn under or over a shirt or jacket. In one embodiment, it is water resistant or waterproof. In one embodiment, the cross-body strap has interchangeable clasps and hooks that are stored in one of the plurality of pockets built into the strap. The interchangeable clasps hook and carabiners can be used separately or in combination with the universal interlocking rings to self-attach or alternatively attach to any messenger bag, gym bag tactical clips, such as a keyring holder, straps with snaps or briefcase.
