Various example garments, footwear articles and bags may include a closable circumference or waist or foot opening. The circumference closing system may utilize at least one constrict-able tubular length to releasably retain a selected size of the closable circumference or opening.

A belt apparatus is configured to support the trousers worn by a person and to include a number of airbags that are deployable in a falling event to protect the person from bone breakages. The belt apparatus includes a flexible belt element and a fastener that appear and function in much the same way as an ordinary apparel trouser belt, i.e., fitting through belt loops in trousers and being fastenable to itself to support the pair of trousers at the waist of the person. Despite the ordinary appearance of the belt apparatus, it includes airbags internal thereto whose expansion is controlled by a control apparatus. Responsive to a falling event in a particular direction with respect to the person, the control apparatus triggers the rapid expansion of an airbag that is situated on the belt element in the particular direction with respect to the person and takes other actions.

The present invention has been conceived to overcome the problems of prior art, and is directed a garment provided with an elastic waist belt, in which the upper end of a first elastic band (300) is coupled to the upper end of a waist end (200) and the lower end of the first elastic band (300) is placed in a free state, so that the waist end (200) is tightened by the elastic force of the first elastic band (300) to prevent wrinkles from being generated, with the result that the waist end (200) is allowed to be formed straight in appearance like in a pair of ordinary pants, thereby providing a waist belt that has high wearing comfort and enhances aesthetics, and a method of manufacturing the same.

A garment's pelvic region includes an integrated, removable waistpack. The waistpack has a body portion disposed substantially between a first pair of opposing openings each leading into a respective elongate channel disposed along opposite sides of a waistband area of the pelvic region. The removable waistpack's body portion defines a compartment. Belt portions extend from opposing ends of the body portion through a respective opening in the first pair of opposing openings and through a respective channel and out a respective one of a second pair of opposing openings for the channels. Thereby the waistpack encircles the waistband region of the garment. The belt portions disposed in the channels are removably received in and concealed by the channels.

A garment's pelvic region includes an integrated, removable waistpack. A belt that attaches to the inner waistband of any article of clothing. Traditional belts can only be used with an article of clothing that has belt loops. This invention is comprised of two parts, part one is a fabric strip which attaches to the waistband and includes the male half a zipper that is enclosed in the cavity of the fabric strip. Part two of the belt includes female half of a zipper which allows it to be attached to part one of the belt. Part two has elastic bands that are exposed at both ends of the belt. The elastic bands have notches that are selected and secured on a button which then creates a snug fit by cinching around the waist of the user. The user can easily attach the belt to any article of clothing and part two is removeable for safe laundering.
