LEVER-OPERATED ADJUSTMENT DEVICES, FIT SYSTEMS, AND LINE TENSIONING SYSTEMS
An adjustment device includes a housing supporting a rotatable spool that is operably coupled to a tension line. The spool is configured to rotate about a first axis in a first direction to wind the tension line around the spool and is configured to rotate about the first axis in a second direction opposite the first rotational direction to unwind the at least one tension line from the spool. The device includes a lever pivotally coupled to the housing and configured to rotate about a second axis. The lever is selectively coupled to the spool to drive rotation of the spool in the first direction. The device also includes a release mechanism that is configured to selectively release the spool such that the spool is free to rotate in either the first or second direction in response to manual forces applied to the release mechanism.
Barrel Inflatable Belt
An inflatable belt 100 for use in a BFR system with an outer belt material 102 hermetically sealed to an inner belt material 101 along a perimeter, thereby forming at least one inflatable chamber 103, the inflatable chamber having an input port 104 for accepting a gas into the chamber, the inflatable belt further comprising a first fastening means 110 in communication with the outer belt material, for attaching to a second fastening means 111 in communication with the outer belt material, thereby locking a circumference of the inflatable belt, when wrapped around a user's limb.
Trousers-supporting waist belt
An apparatus for supporting trousers has an elastic band adapted to wrap around a waist of a person wearing the trousers, a pouch affixed at or adjacent to a lower edge of the elastic band, and a trousers-engaging element for grasping or abutting an interior surface of the trousers. The trousers-engaging element is a strip of polymeric material received within the interior of the pouch. The strip a polymeric material has a vertical portion and a horizontal portion. The horizontal portion is adapted to engage with an interior surface of the trousers.

Pair of pants and method for donning and removing a pair of pants
A pair of pants that allows a wearer to easily don and remove the pair of pants while the wearer wears other articles of clothing, apparel or footwear (such as shorts, gym shoes, golf shorts or boots), a cast, a leg brace or the like. The pair of pants has a waistband that encircles a waist of the wearer of the pair of pants, a first leg having a first inner leg seam and a first outside leg opening, a second leg having a second inner leg seam and a second outside leg opening, a crotch seam between the first and second legs, the pair of pants being made of a fabric that is slidably supported on the waistband, at least a portion of the pair of pants enabling the fabric to slidably move on the waistband to enable the wearer to increase a size of at least one of the first outside leg opening or the second outside leg opening to facilitate the easy donning and removal of the pants. The pants have overlapping portions or wings that can wrap around the pants to close the first and second outside leg openings.

Multi Fastener Dressing Apron
A wearable dressing device for teaching children and adults with special needs to independently manipulate (fasten and unfasten) clothing fasteners that are correctly positioned at the waist. The dressing device resembles an apron and comprises a variety of clothing fasteners. It is an improved dressing device in that the fasteners are positioned in the same spot on the dressing device as they would be positioned on a lower body article of clothing, such as pants, shorts, or a skirt, thereby making the acquired dressing skill generalizable to the aforementioned lower body items of clothing.
Double-sided fasteners
A method for forming a double-sided loop strap includes: receiving a continuous longitudinal strip of loop material including a strip-form base bearing a field of upstanding loops on a fastening side of the strip bounded by opposite longitudinal edges, folding each of the longitudinal edges away from the fastening side, such that the base overlaps itself, and securing the folded edges in place by permanently bonding together overlapped areas of the base to form the double-sided loop strap.
Detachable Back Garment
A lower-body garment that includes a detachable portion which allows the wearer to easily perform personal/biological needs without removing the garment. The lower-body garment includes a front panel, a detachable rear panel, a waistband, and a crotch panel. The front panel and the detachable rear panel each include a top edge, a first lateral edge, and a second lateral edge. The crotch is connected in between the front panel and the detachable rear panel. The front panel is connected to the waistband along the top edge of the front panel. The detachable rear panel is attached to the front panel. Specifically, a first fastening mechanism is connected along the first lateral edge of the front panel and the detachable rear panel. A second fastening mechanism is connected along the second lateral edge of the front panel and the detachable rear panel. The fastening mechanisms allow for easy detachment.
