According to one embodiment, a semiconductor substrate, comprising, a first semiconductor layer and a second semiconductor layer that overlap a scanning line, an insulating layer that covers the first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer, and a signal line, wherein the insulating layer has a first opening including a pair of long sides and a pair of short sides, the long sides of the first opening are parallel to the second direction, and the short sides of the first opening are parallel to the first direction, and the signal line is connected to the first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer via the first opening.

Electrophoretic display device
An electrophoretic display device includes an electrophoretic display module, and a polymer light emitting diode (PLED) module. The polymer light emitting diode (PLED) module is over the electrophoretic display module, and is aligned with and is attached to the electrophoretic display module. In a dark environment, the polymer light emitting diode (PLED) module can emit light to supplement the insufficient ambient light, so that the users may observe the information or pattern displayed by the electrophoretic display device. The electrophoretic display device can be a flexible electrophoretic display device.

The polymer light emitting diode (PLED) module is over the electrophoretic display module, and is aligned with and is attached to the electrophoretic display module. ELECTRONIC PAPER DISPLAY MODULE
The present disclosure provides an electronic paper display module, including an array substrate and an electronic paper film arranged opposite to each other. The electronic paper film includes a common electrode, the array substrate includes a display region and a peripheral region, and a common electrode lead is located at the peripheral region. An orthogonal projection of the electronic paper film onto the array substrate at least covers the display region, and the common electrode lead is provided with a hollowed-out region.
ELECTRONIC PAPER DISPLAY MODULE
The present disclosure provides an electronic paper display module, including an array substrate and an electronic paper film arranged opposite to each other. The electronic paper film includes a common electrode, the array substrate includes a display region and a peripheral region, and a common electrode lead is located at the peripheral region. An orthogonal projection of the electronic paper film onto the array substrate at least covers the display region, and the common electrode lead is provided with a hollowed-out region.
ELECTRO-OPTIC DISPLAYS
An apparatus for driving an electro-optic display may comprise spaced first and second device layers, and a first and second rows of display pixels, each row may include a plurality of display pixels, each display pixel having a pixel electrode positioned on the first device layer for driving the display pixel, a conduction line positioned on the second device layer and overlapping with a portion of the plurality of display pixels' pixel electrodes, and at least one conductive path connecting the conduction line of the first row to a conduction line of the second row of display pixels.
Display apparatus with shield signal
In a display apparatus provided with an electrophoresis layer, such a display apparatus capable of operating a driving electrode for use in displaying an image as an electrode for use in detecting an input position is provided. A display apparatus includes: a substrate; another substrate that is disposed so as to face the substrate; an electrophoresis layer sandwiched between the substrate and another substrate; a plurality of pixel electrodes formed on the substrate; and a plurality of driving electrodes formed on another substrate. An electric field is formed between each of the plurality of pixel electrodes and each of the plurality of driving electrodes, so that an image is displayed, and an input position is detected based on an electrostatic capacitance of each of the plurality of driving electrodes.
Display apparatus with shield signal
In a display apparatus provided with an electrophoresis layer, such a display apparatus capable of operating a driving electrode for use in displaying an image as an electrode for use in detecting an input position is provided. A display apparatus includes: a substrate; another substrate that is disposed so as to face the substrate; an electrophoresis layer sandwiched between the substrate and another substrate; a plurality of pixel electrodes formed on the substrate; and a plurality of driving electrodes formed on another substrate. An electric field is formed between each of the plurality of pixel electrodes and each of the plurality of driving electrodes, so that an image is displayed, and an input position is detected based on an electrostatic capacitance of each of the plurality of driving electrodes.
Substrate and electrophoretic device
A substrate includes a base material having an insulating property, a pixel electrode provided on one surface side of the base material, a pixel transistor provided between the base material and the pixel electrode, a first reflective film provided between the pixel transistor and the pixel electrode, and a common electrode provided between the pixel transistor and the first reflective film. The first reflective film has a first through-hole, the common electrode has a second through-hole, and a drain of the pixel transistor is coupled to the pixel electrode through the first through-hole and the second through-hole.
