Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a photosensitive composition for forming a color resist, a method for manufacturing a color filter substrate, and a color filter substrate. The photosensitive composition includes at least two color resist precursors, and at least two photoinitiators, each of the at least two photoinitiators being used to initiate polymerization of a corresponding one color resist precursor, of the at least two color resist precursors, to form the color resist.
Low temperature cure photoimageable dielectric compositions and methods of their use
Disclosed and claimed herein are photoimageable dielectric compositions for dielectric passivation layers, dielectric protection layers as well as dielectric redistribution layers for use in the manufacture of semiconductors, semiconductor packages and circuit board constructions. More specifically it relates to photoimageable polymers containing vinyl groups capable of being crosslinked during processing and post cured at lower temperatures and shorter times than conventional dielectric materials. The processed compositions are characterized by low dielectric constants and low dissipation factors as well as low moisture uptake, chemical and thermal stability, flexibility and excellent HAST (Highly Accelerated Stress Test) and TCT (Thermal Cycling Test) results. The invention also relates to low dk/df dielectric compositions that are not photoimageable.
IMAGEABLE COATING LAYER, THERMAL NEGATIVE-WORKING LITHOGRAPHY PRINTING PLATE, AND PLATEMAKING METHOD THEREFOR
The invention relates to an imageable coating layer, thermal negative-working lithography printing plate, and platemaking method. The coating layer includes constituents in parts by weight: a radically polymerizable compound 20-60 parts, a radiation-absorbing compound 0.5-12 parts, a free radical initiator 1-25 parts, a binding agent 10-70 parts, and a development accelerator 0.5-15 parts. The platemaking method includes the steps: S1, preparing a printing plate precursor that includes a substrate having a hydrophilic surface or is provided with a hydrophilic layer and imageable coating layer covering the substrate; S2, patternedly exposing the printing plate precursor, forming an exposed area and an unexposed area; and S3, removing the unexposed area via a development process. The employment of the imageable coating layer and the plate making method allows the implementation of a flexible development process of on-press development or off-press development and produces a printing plate provided with great printing performance.

A resist composition is provided that comprises a hypervalent iodine compound having the formula (1), a carboxy group-containing polymer, and a solvent. In formula (1), n is an integer of 0 to 5, R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are each independently halogen or a C.sub.1-C.sub.10 hydrocarbyl group which may contain a heteroatom, R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 may bond together to form a ring with the carbon atoms to which they are attached and the intervenient atoms. R.sup.3 is halogen or a C.sub.1-C.sub.40 hydrocarbyl group which may contain a heteroatom.

COLOR DEVELOPING COMPOSITION, LITHOGRAPHIC PRINTING PLATE PRECURSOR, METHOD FOR PRODUCING LITHOGRAPHIC PRINTING PLATE, AND COLOR DEVELOPING COMPOUND
A color developing composition containing a compound represented by the Formula (1) as defined herein, a lithographic printing plate precursor including a support and an image-recording layer containing the color developing composition, a method for producing a lithographic printing plate including: exposing the lithographic printing plate precursor in an image pattern; and removing a non-exposed portion in the image-recording layer using at least one of printing ink or dampening water on a printer, and a color developing compound represented by the Formula (1) as defined herein.

Provided is a coloring composition capable of producing a cured film having suppressed color unevenness even in a case where the coloring composition is used after being stored for a long period of time. In addition, provided are a color filter, a pattern forming method, a solid-state imaging device, and an image display device. The coloring composition includes a halogenated zinc phthalocyanine pigment, a maleimide compound, a curable compound other than the maleimide compound, and a solvent, in which the molecular weight of the maleimide compound is 100 to 400, and the content of the maleimide compound is 0.08 to 0.8 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the halogenated zinc phthalocyanine pigment.
Synthesis of acetal compounds
A process for the preparation of optionally asymmetric acetal compounds includes reacting a compound containing a hydroxyl group with a vinylether compound in the presence of a zwitterionic catalyst including at least one basic nitrogen containing structural fragment and at least one sulfonic acid group in its structure, with the proviso that a molar ratio of the basic nitrogen to sulfonic acid is 1:1.
Diaroyl carbazole compound and use thereof as sensitising agent
Provided in the present invention is a novel diaroyl carbazole compound, used together with a carbazolyl oxime ester photoinitiator to show a significant synergistic initiation effect in a photoresist composition; the best sensitising effect is shown when the molar ratio of the diaroyl carbazole compound and the carbazolyl oxime ester photoinitiator is 0.1-1.4.

Also provided are negative-working lithographic printing plate precursors comprising a hydrophilic substrate and a NIR photopolymerizable or UV-violet photopolymerizable imageable layer coated on the hydrophilic layer, the imageable layer also being photopolymerizable by visible light, the imageable layer having an outer surface and a thickness, the outer surface of the imageable layer being uniformly, and partially or completely crosslinked down to a depth corresponding to at most about 70% of the thickness of the imageable layer.
