The first toothless part of the first gear and the second toothless part of the second gear are provided at such a position that, when the intermediate gear is rotated by a drive force transmitted from the input gear through the second swinging gear while the second swinging gear meshes with the second toothed part of the second gear and the output gear meshes with the first toothed part of the first gear, the first toothless part reaches a position confronting the output gear and then the second toothless part reaches a position confronting the second swinging gear.

A sensor to detect a moving position of the paper and a paper guide guiding movement of the paper is mounted between the feeding unit and the discharge reversal unit.

The covering member (80) moves between a closed position where the upstream conveyance section (60) is composed and an open position where the upstream conveyance section (60) is exposed. The movable guide section (90) moves between a first position where the downstream conveyance section (70) is composed and a second position where the downstream conveyance section is exposed. The movable guide section (90) moves in conjunction with the covering member (80), is located at the first position to guide a recording medium reversed by the reversing section (73) from a first reverse path (Pr1) to a second reverse path (Pr2) when the covering member (80) is located at the closed position, and is located at the second position when the covering member (80) is located at the open position.

The controller is configured to execute a processing process of causing the processing unit to perform the processing for cutting the print medium after executing the double-sided printing process.
