FIXING DEVICE AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
A fixing portion is provided with a fixing roller, a heating roller having a heat source, a fixing belt stretched between the fixing roller and the heating roller, and a pressurizing roller that is brought into pressure contact with the fixing roller across the fixing belt and forms a nip portion into which a sheet of paper is conveyed between the fixing belt and the pressurizing roller. The fixing portion is further provided with a pad that has a contact surface portion in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the fixing belt, and a biasing member that biases the pad in a direction in which the contact surface portion is brought into pressure contact with the inner peripheral surface of the fixing belt. The pad is configured so as to pivot about the rotating shaft of the heating roller.
Image forming apparatus and fixing device
An invented image forming apparatus has a fixing device for stably fixing developer on a medium. The fixing device includes a heating member, an endless belt member subject to heating provided from the heating member, a tension member tensioning the belt member, a pressure member forming a pressurized contact nipping portion via the belt member, a supporting member supporting the pressure member, a pushing member pushing the pressure member and the belt member, a fixing member pushing the pressure member and the belt member, a medium guide guiding move of the medium in a direction toward the pressurized contact nipping portion, and a pressure member moving mechanism for moving a position of the pressure member in the supporting member. The image forming apparatus further includes a controller controlling the position of the pressure member via the pressure member moving mechanism.
Heating apparatus and image forming apparatus
A heating apparatus includes a heater, a holding member, and a heat equalization member. In a case where a direction of a long side of a first surface of the heater is defined as a longitudinal direction, a direction of the first surface perpendicular to the longitudinal direction is defined as a transverse direction, and a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction is defined as a thickness direction, the heat equalization member is between the heater and the holding member in the thickness direction and includes, in the longitudinal direction, first and second abutment regions that abut against the heater and a first non-abutment region that does not abut against the heater. The first abutment region, the first non-abutment region, and the second abutment region are arranged in this order as viewed from one end toward another end of the heater in the longitudinal direction.
Fixing device and image forming apparatus
A fixing device includes a fixing member, a pressing member, a heat source, and a reflecting member. The pressing member presses and contacts an outer circumferential surface of the fixing member. The heat source is disposed inside a loop of the fixing member. The reflecting member includes a reflecting portion, a pressure receiving portion, and an extending portion. The reflecting portion reflects heat toward an inner circumferential surface of the fixing member. The pressure receiving portion receives a pressing force of the pressing member via the fixing member. The extending portion extends from an area upstream to an area downstream from the nip portion in a direction of rotation of the fixing member and facing the inner circumferential surface of the fixing member. The reflecting member is in non-contact with one or more of members disposed inside the loop of the fixing member, at least when the fixing member rotates.
Fixing apparatus and film unit
A fixing apparatus includes a film, a guide member, a stay member, a roller, and a restriction structure. The guide member is disposed in an inside space of the film, elongated in a generatrix direction of the film, and guides rotation of the film. The stay member reinforces the guide member, the film and a roller form a fixing nip portion between the film and the roller, and a recording medium having a toner image is heated to fix the toner image at the fixing nip portion while a sheet passes through the fixing nip portion. The roller is disposed in contact with an outside surface of the film. The restriction structure restricts movement of the guide member in a direction orthogonal to the generatrix direction of the film and also in a direction in which the stay member and the guide member are separated from each other.
IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
An image forming apparatus includes: a support body; an elastic member in close contact with the support body; an endless belt; and a nip portion. The nip portion is formed by the elastic member and the endless belt. The support body in close contact with the elastic member pressed at the nip portion is made of an aluminum alloy containing silicon. The content of silicon in the aluminum alloy is within a range of 0.8 to 12.0% by mass.
FIXING APPARATUS AND FILM UNIT
A fixing apparatus includes a film, a guide member, a stay member, a roller, and a restriction structure. The guide member is disposed in an inside space of the film, elongated in a generatrix direction of the film, and guides rotation of the film. The stay member reinforces the guide member, the film and a roller form a fixing nip portion between the film and the roller, and a recording medium, having a toner image formed on the recording medium, is heated to fix the toner image onto the recording medium at the fixing nip portion while a sheet passes through the fixing nip portion. The roller is disposed so as to be in contact with the outside surface of the film. The restriction structure restricts movement of the guide member in a direction orthogonal to the generatrix direction of the film and also in a direction in which the stay member and the guide member are separated from each other.
