Computer-Implemented Method for Determining an Operational State of an Industrial Plant
A computer-implemented method for determining an operational state of an industrial plant includes acquiring alarms raised within the plant and adding them to a pool of important alarms, determining whether a physical state of the plant indicated by a first alarm causes a second alarm or meets a predetermined state-dependent condition and, if so, moving the first alarm to a pool of informative alarms; and determining the operational state of the plant and/or a corrective action for improving this operational state based on the alarms in the pool of important alarms.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR DEPICTING AVIONICS DATA ANOMALIES
Methods and systems for depicting avionics data anomalies in an aircraft. Time series data is received from the avionics data source, a future time is predicted when a first anomaly threshold will be crossed based on the time series data, and the future time when the first anomaly threshold will be crossed is depicted on a display device associated with the aircraft.
ALARM REPORTING APPARATUS AND ALARM REPORTING METHOD
An alarm reporting apparatus determines that an alarm reporting is necessary if an abnormality occurring in a machine is to be constantly reported, determines that the alarm reporting is not necessary if the abnormality is to be reported during operation and the machine is not during operation, determines that the alarm reporting is not necessary if the abnormality is to be reported during operation, the machine is during operation, and an elapsed time from the occurrence of the abnormality has not exceeded a set monitoring time, and determines that the alarm reporting is necessary if the abnormality is to be reported during operation, the machine is during operation, and the elapsed time from the occurrence of the abnormality has exceeded the set monitoring time. When it is determined that the alarm reporting is necessary, the alarm reporting apparatus reports, to a monitoring apparatus, an alarm related to the corresponding machine.
PRESENTING A CURRENT STATUS OF A DEVICE IN DEPENDENCE ON A PRIVACY MODE
A system (1) is configured to receive status information reflecting a current status of a device (33) and determine first status information (68,69) for presentation on a first user device (1). The first status information reflects the current status of the device. The system is further configured to cause the first status information to be presented on the first user device and cause second status information (78,79) to be presented on a second user device. The second status information reflects the current status of the device in dependence on whether a privacy mode is active for the device.
SCADA WEB HMI SYSTEM
A SCADA web HMI system generates an integrated component by grouping components including a first component and provides a first animation effect to the integrated component. The first animation effect is applied to the integrated component as a whole but not individually applied to components constituting the integrated component. The system provides a second animation effect to the first component. The second animation effect is applied to the first component but not applied to the components constituting the integrated component except for the first component. The system associates the first animation effect with the value of a first PLC signal and changes the appearance of the integrated component according to the value of the first PLC signal. The system associates the second animation effect with the value of a second PLC signal and changes the appearance of the first component according to the value of the second PLC signal.
PRODUCTION FACILITY MONITORING SYSTEM, PRODUCTION FACILITY MONITORING METHOD, AND PRINTING SYSTEM
A production facility monitoring system includes: an information acquirer that acquires information on productivity of one or more production facilities; an information manager that extracts, based on one or more results included in a statistical result of the acquired information, a proposal item satisfying a condition of the statistical result from at least one proposal-item reference table containing proposal items; and a display that displays the extracted proposal item. The production facility monitoring system monitors the productivity.
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE ALARM MANAGEMENT
An alarm rationalization system receiving and responsive to industrial process information collected from a process control system for identifying one or more alarms and executing an artificial intelligence (AI) alarm engine. The AI alarm engine builds a process/domain model based on the received industrial process information and historized alarm information to evaluate the alarms in accordance with a predefined alarm philosophy. The AI alarm engine then generates a plurality of alarm definitions based on the model to optimize the alarms. The AI alarm engine automatically populates a Master Alarm Database (MADB) with the alarm definitions. The alarms are then rationalized based on the alarm definitions stored in the MADB.
INFORMATION PROCESSING DEVICE, PREDICTION METHOD, AND COMPUTER-READABLE RECORDING MEDIUM
Regarding each of a plurality of operation patterns virtually generated in regard to the operation performed by a worker with respect to an actual plant, an information processing device uses plant data related to the operation of the actual plant and uses a virtual plant which follows the actual plant, and predicts the state transition of the actual plant in the case of implementing each operation pattern. Then, the information processing device outputs each operation pattern in a corresponding manner to the state transition of the actual plant as obtained by the virtual plant.
INFORMATION PROCESSING SYSTEM, INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD, AND COMPUTER PROGRAM PRODUCT
An information processing system according to an embodiment includes edge terminals, an information processing apparatus, and one or more service providing apparatuses. The edge terminals each transmit, to the information processing apparatus, monitoring data indicating a state of a target system to be analyzed. The information processing apparatus performs an analysis process by using an analysis mod& that inputs an input value including the monitoring data transmitted from the edge terminals and outputs an output value of a value function. The analysis process is a process to obtain the output value in response to the input value, The information processing apparatus transmits, to the service providing apparatuses, information indicating an analysis result of the analysis process. The service providing apparatuses each output information obtained by visualizing the analysis result on the basis of information indicating the analysis result.
Method, component, and electronic device for creating human machine interface
A method, a component, and an electronic device relating to the field of industrial automation technology, particularly relating to the creation of a human machine interface, and are used for automatically creating an HMI of a system. The method for creating an HMI comprises: a first component of a system receives, via an HMI, a first command for creating an HMI for the system; the first component obtains, from each searched and found second component of the system an HMI resource of each of the second components; and the first component creates, on the basis of an HMI resource of the first component and the obtained HMI resource from each of the second components, the HMI for the system. One component of the system collects the HMI resource of another component of the system and creates the HMI for the whole system, providing a method for automatically creating the HMI for the system.
