DEVICE FOR ASSISTING EQUIPMENT RESTORATION WORK AND METHOD FOR GENERATING EQUIPMENT RESTORATION WORK ASSIST INFORMATION
A restoration work information storage unit stores a work item for restoration that is set for each location at which an abnormality is expected to occur in equipment to be managed, and priority information indicating a priority of execution for each of the work items. Upon detecting that an abnormality has occurred in the equipment and an operation of the equipment has been stopped, a restoration assist information generation unit generates restoration assist information, in which the work items for restoring the equipment are arranged in the order of execution according to the priority information, based on information of a location at which the abnormality has occurred. Upon detecting that a state of any location in the equipment has changed before a restoration work based on the restoration assist information is completed, a restoration assist information update unit updates the restoration assist information.
Operational parameter based flight restriction
A method for operating a vehicle includes, with aid of one or more processors, individually or collectively, receiving a parameter regarding operation of the vehicle, processing the parameter regarding the operation of the vehicle, and varying a restriction affecting operation of the vehicle based on the processing of the parameter.

Methods and systems for monitoring a plurality of components of a pump in an industrial environment include a data acquisition circuit structured to interpret a plurality of detection values, each of the plurality of detection values corresponding to at least one of a plurality of input sensors operationally coupled to the pump and communicatively coupled to the data acquisition circuit; a data processing circuit structured to utilize at least one of the plurality of detection values to perform at least one noise processing operation on at least a portion of the plurality of detection values; a signal evaluation circuit structured to determine a pump performance parameter in response to the noise processed plurality portion of the plurality of detection values; and a response circuit structured to perform at least one operation in response to the pump performance parameter.
Hardware device temperature control with expected lifetime calculation
Embodiments herein describe coupling traditional fan and shaper control along with aggregated knowledge of the temperature history of a hardware device to optimally manage the temperature of the hardware device to preserve its expected life while also providing the lower power, best performing solution possible. In one embodiment, a cooling application manages the expected life by trading off performance and power versus temperature to achieve a desired (or accepted) lifetime. In one embodiment, the cooling application calculates a historical temperature value for the hardware device which is then used to determine the expected life of the hardware device.
Process flow abnormality detection system and method
A method for automatically detecting an abnormal process flow for a process in an industrial control system (ICS) comprises providing process flow (PF) strings that define normal PFs for processes in the ICS, each of the PF strings defining a time-ordered sequence of events that is a time-ordered recurring sequence of learned events associated with learned changes between learning values of parameters that affect an operation of the ICS, wherein a respective PF string of the PF strings includes an attributed process flow node that represents an attributed event and one or more attributes that are associated therewith. The method further comprises: obtaining monitoring values of the parameters, analyzing the monitoring values to detect monitored events that are associated with monitored changes between monitoring values of the parameters, and detecting the abnormal process flow upon determining a lack of conformance of a monitored event with one of the PF strings.
Methods for data monitoring with changeable routing of input channels
Methods for data monitoring with changeable routing of input channels are disclosed. An example method includes a data collector communicatively coupled to a plurality of input channels and a data acquisition circuit to interpret the detection values, each corresponding to an input channel. Sensor data is acquired from a first route of input channels and stored together with specifications for the sensors that correspond to the input channels. The sensor data is evaluated with respect to an alarm threshold level and an alarm state set when the alarm threshold level is exceeded. A response circuit changes a routing of the input channels for data collection from a first routing to an alternate routing of input channels, wherein the alternate routing of input channels comprise the first input channel and a group of input channels related to the first input channel.
WORK DETERMINATION APPARATUS AND WORK DETERMINATION METHOD
It is an object of the present invention to obtain a work determination apparatus capable of preventing or reducing a time lag between the occurrence and determination of an anomaly in work. A work determination apparatus (30) includes: a sensor data output unit (31) that outputs sensor data with an output interval of an integral multiple of a control period with which a motion of a robot (1) is controlled, the sensor data representing a state of work of the robot (1); and a determination unit (32) that determines a quality of the work of the robot (1) by inference using a recurrent neural network, based on the sensor data outputted from the sensor data output unit (31).
Distributed autonomous robot interfacing systems and methods
Described in detail herein is an automated fulfilment system including a computing system programmed to receive requests from disparate sources for physical objects disposed at one or more locations in a facility. The computing system can combine the requests, and group the physical objects in the requests based on object types or expected object locations. Autonomous robot devices can receive instructions from the computing system to retrieve a group of the physical objects and deposit the physical objects in storage containers.
Methods and apparatus to generate a predictive asset health quantifier of a turbine engine
Methods, apparatus, systems, and articles of manufacture are disclosed to generate a predictive asset health quantifier of a turbine engine. An example apparatus includes a performance model analyzer to determine a fleet behavior parameter by generating a reference performance model using historical information for a fleet of operators using turbine engines, generate a residual performance model based on calculating a difference between the fleet behavior parameter and a plurality of operator behavior parameters, identify an operator as a candidate improvement target based on comparing the operator behavior parameters corresponding to the operator to the fleet in the residual performance model, and determine an adjusted operator behavior parameter for the candidate improvement target. The example apparatus further includes a system updater to update a computer-based model to replace the operator behavior parameter with the adjusted operator behavior parameter, and a task optimizer to determine a workscope for the turbine engine.
