Described herein, a water-soluble personal cleansing product, its uses, methods and kit, preferably a water-soluble facial cleansing product, comprising a water-soluble fibrous structure; wherein the water-soluble fibrous structure comprises a plurality of fibrous elements; wherein the plurality of fibrous elements comprises: one or more fibrous element-forming materials comprising one or more hydroxyl polymers comprising a natural starch and/or a modified starch; wherein the plurality of fibrous elements is substantially free of surfactant; wherein the water-soluble personal cleansing product comprises one or more surfaces wherein the one or more surfaces are coated with an oily composition, wherein the oily composition comprises one or more oil ingredients. Alternatively, the one or more surfaces are coated with a cleansing composition comprising one or more surfactants; and wherein the cleansing composition is substantially free of alkyl sulfate and alkyl ether sulfate type of surfactants.
ACTIVE AGENT-CONTAINING ARTICLES AND PRODUCT-SHIPPING ASSEMBLIES FOR CONTAINING THE SAME
Active agent-containing articles, for example fibrous structures, that exhibit consumer acceptable article in-use properties, such as flexibility, article dimensions, and/or dissolvability, and product-shipping assemblies for containing the same are provided.
METHOD OF MAKING FUNCTIONAL FIBER HAVING IMPROVED DEWATERING EFFICIENCY
The technology disclosed in this specification pertains to methods for increasing the dewatering efficiency of a sheared plant fiber, for example citrus fiber, by shearing the plant material in a slurry of water and organic solvent. The plant fibers obtained from the method provide significant viscosity even when using little alcohol. The obtained citrus fibers may be used in edible, cosmetic, household, or an industrial compositions.
COMPOSITIONS IN THE FORM OF DISSOLVABLE SOLID STRUCTURES
Described are effervescent dissolvable solid structures having fibers formed from a composition comprising surfactant and water soluble polymeric structurant, having a total dissolvable solid structure density of from about 0.100 g/cm.sup.3to about 0.380 g/cm.sup.3, having a surfactant dose of from about 0.5 to about 2.0 g, and a surfactant density of from about 0.1 g/cm.sup.3 to about 0.3 g/cm.sup.3. Also described are processes for manufacturing the Dissolvable Solid Structure.
FILM-FORMING COMPOSITION
Provided is a film-forming composition directly on the skin by electrostatic spraying, the composition being capable of forming a coating film having excellent skin compatibility, adhesion, followability to motion of the skin, and durability against moisture. A film-forming composition, for forming a coating film composed of fibers directly on the skin by electrostatic spraying, wherein the composition comprises the following components (a), (b) and (c), and the coating film formed from the film-forming composition has an elastic modulus of 1×10.sup.4 N/m.sup.2 or more and 9×10.sup.6 N/m.sup.2 or less: (a) a polymer having film-forming ability; (b) one or more volatile substances selected from the group consisting of an alcohol and a ketone; and (c) 2 mass % or more and 30 mass % or less of a non-volatile oil having a log S of −7 or more and less than 0.
Fibrous structures containing cationic surfactants and soluble acids
A fibrous structure with a plurality of fibrous elements. The fibrous elements contain a polymeric structurant; a fatty material with a melting point above 25° C.; a cationic surfactant, which can be selected from the group consisting of a mono-long alkyl amine, a tertiary amine, and combinations thereof; and an oil soluble acid. The oil soluble acid can be selected from the group consisting of salicylic acid, lactic acid, acetic acid, malic acid, succinic acid, sorbic acid, 2,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid, maleic acid, and combinations thereof.
Cosmetic
It is an object of the present invention to suppress agglutination of ultrafine cellulose fibers, while using the ultrafine cellulose fibers as a thickener in a cosmetic product formulation, so as to provide a uniform cosmetic. The present invention provides a cosmetic comprising the following components (A) and (B): (A) ultrafine cellulose fibers having a fiber width of 1000 nm or less; and (B) a water-soluble polymer.
HAIR-INCREASING FIBER POWDER PACKAGING BOTTLE WITH MANUALLY ADJUSTABLE FIBER AMOUNT
A hair-increasing fiber powder packaging bottle with a manually adjustable fiber amount includes a packaging bottle body. The packaging bottle body includes a bottle cap, a top screw cap, a lower cap body, a filter plug, and a bottle body. The top screw cap is mounted to a bottom end of the bottle cap. A deformation support and a non-slip surface are disposed on two sides of the top screw cap. A deformation space is disposed on an inner side of the deformation support. A surface of the top screw cap is provided with a discharge hole. A gear projection is mounted to one side of the top screw cap. A connecting projection is disposed on a side edge of the top screw cap. A sealing boss is disposed on a top end of the top screw cap.
SKIN EXTERNAL COMPOSITION
Provided is a liquid skin external composition which allows a poorly water-soluble component to be applied to a skin in a liquid state.
An assembly of fiber for use in production of a liquid skin external composition, the assembly of fiber comprising (a) a polymer soluble in water and an alcohol or a ketone in a content of 50 mass % or more and 98 mass % or less with respect to the whole assembly of fiber and (b) a poorly water-soluble component in a content of 2 mass % or more and 40 mass % or less with respect to the whole assembly of fiber.
