Remote support system
12386366 · 2025-08-12 · ·

A remote support system is a remote support system for one remote operator to remotely support a plurality of mobile objects. The remote support system includes a situation acquisition unit, a support difficulty level calculation unit, and a notification unit. The status acquisition unit acquires the work status of the remote operator based on information transmitted from an operator interface operated by the remote operator. The assistance difficulty level calculation unit calculates the assistance difficulty level of the remote operator based on the work status of the remote operator. The notification unit notifies the mobile objects of the assistance difficulty level.

Remote assistance system and remote assistance method

A remote assistance system according to the present disclosure comprises a memory storing a database and one or more processors. The database manages, for each of a plurality of operators, feature values of a plurality of feature items regarding a last assistance scene. The one or more processors are configured to execute the following first to third processes. The first process is, when a new assistance request is received from s vehicle, specifying one or more index items from the plurality of feature items. The second process is specifying, from the plurality of operators, one or more candidate operators whose the last assistance scene is similar to a current assistance scene based on the feature values of the one or more index items. The third process is selecting an operator to process the new assistance request from the one or more candidate operators.

WORKING SYSTEM
20250306585 · 2025-10-02 ·

A working system that is capable of carrying out a work by working equipment that is operated remotely, the working system including an image generating unit that generates a virtual space image corresponding to an actual space surrounding a working movable body in which the working equipment is disposed, and a display control unit that displays on a display unit the virtual space image that is generated by the image generating unit, wherein the image generating unit generates the virtual space image including a virtual image corresponding to the working equipment.

MOVEMENT CONTROL METHOD, MOVEMENT CONTROL PROGRAM, AND MOVEMENT CONTROL SYSTEM

An automatic traveling system controls movement of a work vehicle by a near-field operation terminal capable of moving the work vehicle within a predetermined range with respect to the work vehicle, and a far-field operation terminal capable of moving the work vehicle out of the predetermined range with respect to the work vehicle. The automatic traveling system sets a near-field mode in which movement of the work vehicle by the near-field operation terminal is permitted, and a far-field mode in which movement of the work vehicle by the far-field operation terminal is permitted, and sets a movement content by which the near-field operation terminal is capable of moving the work vehicle, and a movement content by which the far-field operation terminal is capable of moving the work vehicle, based on the set mode.

AUTOMATED DRIVING SYSTEM

The automated driving system includes a remote assistance device that communicates with the vehicle in response to an assistance request from the vehicle and performs remote assistance of the vehicle by a remote operator. In response to occurrence of a predetermined assistance-required situation during execution of the automated driving control, the automated driving system transmits the assistance request for the remote assistance for the assistance-required situation that has occurred. The automated driving system receives an assistance determination of the remote assistance by the remote operator from the remote assistance device and executes the automated driving control in the assistance-required situation in accordance with the received assistance determination. The automated driving system sets a period for continuing communication with the remote assistance device from a time point of receiving the assistance determination and receives a second assistance determination for the remote assistance by the remote operator during the period.

REMOTE OPERATOR TERMINAL AND REMOTE ASSISTANCE SYSTEM

A remote operator terminal for a remote operator to perform remote assistance for a vehicle is disclosed. The remote operator terminal includes a display device and processing circuitry configured to generate a remote assistance screen in response to remote assistance requests assigned to the remote operator. The remote assistance screen includes monitoring images showing an assistance situation of a target vehicle. The processing circuitry is further configured to set a display priority for each of the remote assistance requests, to select, as a preferential monitoring image, a monitoring image corresponding to a remote assistance request having a highest display priority among the monitoring images, and to display the monitoring images on the remote assistance screen so that the preferential monitoring image has higher noticeability than other monitoring images have.

Undercarriage imaging rover

An apparatus for scanning an undercarriage of a vehicle including a rover for moving back and forth under the vehicle. At least one processor generates control signals to control movement of the rover and to control capture of a video of the undercarriage of the vehicle. A drive system responsive to the control signals from the processor moves the rover back and forth under the vehicle. A camera captures a video and images of the undercarriage of the vehicle as the rover moves under the vehicle in a first direction. The at least one processor is further configured to process the video to generate a single image of the undercarriage of the vehicle.

Systems and methods for fleet management associated with remote driving systems

Systems and methods for fleet management of remote driving systems may include a plurality of vehicles and a plurality of teleoperators. A fleet management system may receive a plurality of tasks, and may generate or optimize assignment or allocation of the plurality of tasks to various combinations of the vehicles and teleoperators. Because the teleoperators are decoupled from the vehicles, and because the teleoperators may be dynamically coupled to vehicles via network connections to remotely operate vehicles, performance of the plurality of tasks may be optimized to improve cost, time, and efficiency associated with fleet management of remote driving systems.

INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD, TERMINAL, AND RECORDING MEDIUM

An information processing method for remote control of one or more mobile bodies including a first mobile body by one or more operators including a first operator includes: obtaining an assignment request for assigning responsibility for remote control of the first mobile body to the first operator; obtaining, from the first operator, an operation regarding whether the assignment request obtained is acknowledged; and assigning the responsibility for the first mobile body and a right to operate the first mobile body to the first operator, when a first operation acknowledging the assignment request is obtained from the first operator.
