Control system
A control system for controlling operation of a fluid delivery system that includes a first and second pumps for delivering first and second fluids for mixing. A controller includes a first pump map having a first pump flow rate mapped against a control output signal, and a second pump map having a second pump flow rate mapped against a control output signal. The controller determines the control output signal for the first pump to obtain a desired flow rate from the first pump, and the control output signal for the second pump to obtain a target flow rate and a target percentage of the second fluid relative to the first fluid or a target percentage of the second fluid relative to an overall fluid flow. The output signals for the first and second pumps are determined using the first and second pump maps.
Self learning control system and method for optimizing a consumable input variable
A control system for an operable system such as a flow control system or temperature control system. The system operates in a control loop to regularly update a model with respect at least one optimizable input variable based on the detected variables. The model provides prediction of use of the input variables in all possible operation points or paths of the system variables which achieve an output setpoint. In some example embodiments, the control loop is performed during initial setup and subsequent operation of the one or more operable elements in the operable system. The control system is self-learning in that at least some of the initial and subsequent parameters of the system are determined automatically during runtime.
METHOD AND AN ARRANGEMENT IN A FLOW SYSTEM
An arrangement (2; 32) for adding a first fluid component into a flow system (1; 31), said arrangement comprising: a first pump (3; 33) provided in a first component adding fluid line (5; 35) which is connecting a first system fluid line (9; 39) of the flow system (1; 31) with a first fluid component source (7; 37) comprising the first fluid component to be added into the flow system; and a second pump (13; 43) provided in a second component adding fluid line (15; 45) connected in parallel with the first component adding fluid line (5; 35), said second component adding fluid line (15; 45) connecting the first system fluid line (9; 39) of the flow system with a first fluid component source (7; 47) comprising the first fluid component to be added into the flow system.
ADJUSTABLE CONTROL OF FLUID PROCESSING NETWORKS BASED ON PROPORTIONS OF SERVER EFFORT
An example system includes a processor to receive parameters of a fluid network control system. The processor can formulate an optimal control problem as proportions of server effort. The processor can also solve the optimal control problem using a robust counterpart of a separated continuous linear programming (SCLP). The processor can further adjust a parameter of the fluid network control system based on the optimal solution.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR FLOODWATER REDISTRIBUTION
A system and method for floodwater redistribution is disclosed. The system being comprised of onshore and offshore pump stations and pipelines deployed along the Gulf Coast to redistribute floodwaters to reservoirs located in the western United States. The pump stations include a network of controllers which monitor input/output head pressures and pump speeds and submit the data to the system server to determine the pump settings needed to optimize water flow along the line.
METHOD, APPARATUS AND SYSTEM FOR BALANCING THE FLUID PRESSURE OF FLUID DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS
The present invention is a fluid distribution system comprising connected conduits (e.g., lines) wherein fluid flows, such as pipes within a building. The lines may be configured to: (i) include multiple lines that connect at intersections (some of the intersections will be identified as nodes); and (ii) incorporate node units associated with pressure assemblies (“PSAs”). Activities of a node unit incorporating a PSA can result in alterations in fluid flow, such as by a loop control process or other processes to operate one or more pumps. Each PSA has a pump incorporated therein. These alterations adjust fluid flow to cause the system to produce a balanced and high efficiency energy transfer (e.g., heating or cooling), and do not require any: addition of any line (conduit) pressure losses, measuring of differential pressure, or identification or use of any specific, fixed or absolute pressure value. Each PSA functions based on an operation locus (for a node unit) and/or an operation locus range (for node unit groupings) to adjust the fluid flow.
Baking equipment for use in display panel manufacturing process
The present application provides a baking equipment applied in a display panel manufacturing process. In the present application, the first and second pipes are communicated with each other and evenly distributed inside the baking plate, so that the heating liquid injected from the head end of the first pipe heats the baking plate evenly during flowing through the first and second pipes, which improves the uniformity of the baking temperature of the TFT array substrate to be baked by the baking plate, thereby ensuring the stability of the baking process of the TFT array substrate.
Co-ordinated sensorless control system
A method and system for co-ordinating control of a plurality of sensorless devices. Each device includes a communication subsystem and configured to self-detect one or more device properties, the device properties resulting in output having one or more output properties. The method includes: detecting inputs including the one or more device properties of each device, correlating, for each device, the detected one or more device properties to the one or more output properties, and co-ordinating control of each of the devices to operate at least one of their respective device properties to co-ordinate one or more output properties for the combined output to achieve a setpoint. In some example embodiments, the setpoint can be fixed, calculated or externally determined.
