A stabilizer cartridge for enhancing stability of a fluid regulator is provided. The stabilizer cartridge includes a body, a first disk, and a second disk. The body has a through-bore and an external flange. The first disk has one or more windows and an aperture, and is fixed on an exterior surface of the body. The second disk is slidable along the exterior surface of the body and is biased into contact with the first disk by a biasing element that is positioned between the external flange and the second disk.

A dielectric regulator comprises a regulator and an inlet group. The inlet group comprises: an inlet nozzle assembly and an inlet fitting. The inlet nozzle assembly comprises: a nozzle, a bushing, a first sealing ring, a second sealing ring, a nut, a first dielectric interface, and a second dielectric interface. The nozzle defines a sealing block void, a funnel void, a first cylindrical void, and a polygonal void. The bushing surrounds the nozzle and compresses the first sealing ring between the nozzle and the bushing. The second sealing ring surrounds the nozzle and compressed via the nozzle and the bushing. The first dielectric interface is ring-shaped and is compressed via the nut and the nozzle. The second dielectric interface is ring shaped and is compressed via the nozzle and the inlet fitting. The inlet fitting defines a central void and is threadably engaged with the nozzle assembly via the nut.

Stabilizer cartridge for a fluid regulator

A stabilizer cartridge for enhancing stability of a fluid regulator is provided. The stabilizer cartridge includes a body, a first disk, and a second disk. The body is adapted to be disposed around a valve stem of the fluid regulator. The first disk is coupled to the body and defines one or more flow paths for facilitating pressure relief. The second disk is movably coupled to the body and is movable relative to the first disk responsive to fluid flow through the one or more flow paths of the first disk.

BOILER FILL VALVE WITH REGULATED FAST-FILL

A pressure regulator assembly has a normal mode and a regulated fast-fill mode and includes a spring cage and a body coupled together. The spring cage and body define an inlet in fluid communication with an outlet as well as an interior between the inlet and the outlet. A diaphragm assembly mounts in the interior for selectively closing a flowpath between the inlet and the outlet. A preload spring in the interior applies force on the diaphragm assembly so that in the normal mode, the flowpath is closed if a downstream pressure is above a first pressure. An actuation assembly includes a lever coupled to the spring cage and a push rod mounted so that in the regulated fast-fill mode, the lever slides so that the push rod further compresses the preload spring to open the flowpath and regulate flow therethrough if the downstream pressure is below a second pressure.

A pressure regulator is described. The pressure regulator includes a diaphragm, a vent limiting component, a relief valve stem, and a main spring. The diaphragm has an inner edge that defines a main relief opening. The vent limiting component is positioned within the main relief opening and adjacent to an upper side of the diaphragm about the inner edge. The vent limiting component defines an orifice, wherein the lower side of the diaphragm is in fluid communication with the upper side of the diaphragm through the orifice. The relief valve stem is positioned adjacent to a lower side of the diaphragm about the inner edge. The main spring is configured to provide a force to the vent limiting component to removably secure the vent limiting component to the diaphragm.

Pressure regulating valve

A pressure regulating valve including an actuator and a valve body. Communicating passages are arranged between a chamber of the valve body and a chamber of the actuator. Further, a pressure tapping tube is disposed in the chamber of the valve body. One end of the pressure tapping tube is connected to the communicating passage and the other end of the pressure tapping tube is suspended. By adopting this pressure tapping structure in the pressure regulating valve, the performance of the pressure regulating valve in a flow accuracy range is improved.

A lever assembly for a flow regulator includes a damper to reduce unwanted movement of the lever in an opening and closing direction. The damper includes one or more resilient spring members that squeeze the lever with an amount of force sufficient to reduce unwanted pivoting of the lever without preventing the lever from pivoting in response to control movements of an actuator adapted to actuate the lever.

A pressure regulator vent guard configured to be in fluid communication with a non-working fluid chamber of a pressure regulator diaphragm. The pressure regulator vent guard includes a housing defining a compartment and a vent diaphragm configured to separate the housing compartment into a first vent chamber and a second vent chamber, the first vent chamber adapted to be in fluid communication with the non-working fluid chamber, and the second vent chamber in fluid communication with the atmosphere. The vent diaphragm seals the non-working fluid chamber from fluid communication with the atmosphere.

In at least some implementations, a pressure regulator includes a first body, a second body coupled to the first body and a diaphragm having a portion trapped between the first body and the second body and a not trapped portion that is movable relative to the first body and second body. A stop surface is defined by the second body, and a backing member is coupled to the not trapped portion of the diaphragm for movement with the not trapped portion of the diaphragm. The backing member engages the stop surface to limit the amount the not trapped portion of the diaphragm can move toward the second body.
