METHOD OF FORMING A SILICONE LAYER
A method of treating the hair including providing a concentrated hair care composition in a foam dispenser. The concentrated hair care composition includes one or more silicones, perfume, and less than 6% high melting point fatty compounds. The method also includes dispensing the concentrated hair care composition from the foam dispenser as a dosage of foam; applying the foam to the hair; and rinsing the foam from the hair. The foam has a density of from about 0.025 g/cm.sup.3 to about 0.40 g/cm.sup.3 when dispensed from the foam dispenser. The one or more silicones form a silicone layer that has a Hair Damage Repair Index of from about 0.8 to about 4.0.

COSMETIC EMULSION SPRAY
The invention relates to a cosmetic spray which consists of a) an oil-in-water emulsion (O/W emulsion) that contains i) polyglyceryl-3 methylglucose distearate and ii) acrylate/C10-30 alkyl acrylate crosspolymer, and b) a spray applicator system.
COSMETIC SPRAY
The invention relates to a cosmetic spray consisting of a) an oil-in-water emulsion (O/W emulsion) containing poly glyceryl-10 stearate and b) a spray applicator system.
Aerosol device for dry-washing and treating the hair
The present invention relates to an aerosol device comprising: a container containing a cosmetic composition which comprises at least 6% by weight of one or more powders relative to the total weight of the composition, and a dispensing head comprising a body and an end part comprising at least two outlet orifices configured to allow spraying of the composition about a longitudinal axis of the end part in at least two different directions, the dispensing head comprising at least first and second chambers, through which the composition stream successively passes before it exits via the outlet orifices.
Method for producing cosmetic coating
Methods for producing a cosmetic coating on a skin surface, by: (A) electrostatically spraying a composition comprising component (a) one or more volatile substances selected from the group consisting of water, an alcohol and a ketone, and component (b) a polymer having a film-forming ability directly onto the skin to form a coating on the skin surface; and (B) subsequently applying a powder-containing cosmetic on the formed coating, afford cosmetic coatings which can be removed without using a cleansing agent.
Dyeing process using a mixture obtained from an aerosol device comprising a liquid fatty, alcohol and surfactants
The present invention relates to a process for dyeing keratin fibers in which a mixture is applied to the fibers, this mixture being obtained from: •a dye composition comprising at least one oxidation dye precursor, and •an oxidizing composition comprising at least one chemical oxidizing agent, •at least one of the compositions being dispensed from a pressurized container, •the mixture of the two compositions comprising: (i) at least one C.sub.8-C.sub.30 fatty alcohol that is liquid at room temperature and at atmospheric pressure, (ii) at least one amphoteric or zwitterionic surfactant, (iii) at least a compound chosen from non ionic surfactant comprising a lipophilic part comprising a saturated or unsaturated, linear or branched C.sub.16 or C.sub.18 hydrocarbon-based chain and a hydrophilic part comprising at least 20 mol of ethylene oxide, unsaturated C.sub.8-C.sub.40 fatty acid, in acid or salified form, and mixture thereof, and also to a device suitable for performing this process.
Internal olefin sulfonate composition
Provided are an internal olefin sulfonate composition which is capable of sufficiently enhancing foamability, foam dissipation property free from a slimy feeling during rinsing, and a feel after cleansing and subsequent drying, and a cleansing composition containing the same. The internal olefin sulfonate composition comprises (A) an internal olefin sulfonate having 16 carbon atoms and (B) an internal olefin sulfonate having 12 carbon atoms, in which a content mass ratio of the component (A) to the component (B), (A/B), is from 10/90 to 90/10.
