HAIR COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS OF USE THEREOF
Hair spray compositions comprising a liquid carrier, hollow, fluid-filled micropspheres, a polymer fixative, and propellant are provided.
COMPOSITION
A solid cosmetic composition includes a vegetable butter. Gas bubbles are dispersed in the solid cosmetic composition. The gas bubbles form from 5 to 19% of the volume of the solid cosmetic composition.
MULTI-COMPARTMENT CONTAINER
Disclosed herein is a multi-compartment container and methods of use thereof where the container is comprised of a first and a second aerosol chamber proximate to one another; a spray nozzle; and a spray nozzle retention device, wherein the spray nozzle is operably coupled to the spray nozzle retention device such that the spray nozzle can be operably engaged with the first aerosol chamber and then moved to separate from the first aerosol chamber and operably engage with the second aerosol chamber by movement of at least a portion of the spray nozzle retention device.
WHIPPED FORMULATIONS
The present disclosure relates to, inter alia, a formulation in a package, the formulation comprises one or more active agents and is co-mingled with a whipping agent prior to being filled under pressure into the package. The whipping agent is added in sufficient amounts to be dispersed in the formulation. The pressurized package is under sufficient pressure suitable to maintain the whipping agent dispersed in the formulation; and the pressurized package is under sufficient pressure to expel the formulation as a whipped formulation upon application of external force on the formulation in the package.
CLEANSING FOAM COSMETIC COMPOSITION COMPRISING AMINO ACID-BASED SURFACTANTS
Provided is a cleansing foam cosmetic composition comprising amino acid-based surfactants, and more particularly to a cleansing foam cosmetic composition in which a nonionic or amphiprotic surfactant is not used, and which comprises amino acid-based surfactants consisting of only sodium lauroyl glutamate, sodium cocoyl glycinate, and potassium cocoyl glycinate.
TEMPORARY HAIR DYE COMPOSITION
A temporary hair dye composition contains a soap base and a pigment. A method for temporarily coloring hair comprises mixing the temporary hair dye composition including the soap base and the pigment with water to generate a foam, and then applying the foam to the hair.
LIPID DEPOT FORMULATIONS
The present invention relates to pre-formulations comprising low viscosity, non-liquid crystalline, mixtures of: a) at least one neutral diacyl lipid and/or at least one tocopherol; b) at least one phospholipid; c) at least one biocompatible, oxygen containing, low viscosity organic solvent;
wherein at least one bioactive agent is dissolved or dispersed in the low viscosity mixture and wherein the pre-formulation forms, or is capable of forming, at least one liquid crystalline phase structure upon contact with an aqueous fluid. The preformulations are suitable for generating parenteral, non-parenteral and topical depot compositions for sustained release of active agents. The invention additionally relates to a method of delivery of an active agent comprising administration of a preformulation of the invention, a method of treatment comprising administration of a preformulation of the invention and the use of a preformulation of the invention in a method for the manufacture of a medicament.
Nasal foam via cribriform plate for medication delivery to the brain and/or body and for nasal moisturization and hygiene
Methods and compositions for delivering medicine and other substances to the brain and the body via the cribriform plate using foamable compositions are described. Methods and compositions for improving nasal hygiene and moisturizing the nasal cavity using foamable compositions are also described.
Device for dispensing a hair dyeing product using a dye composition and an oxidizing composition comprising a scleroglucan gum
The disclosure relates to a device for dispensing a product for dyeing keratin fibers, comprising a dye composition (A) comprising one or more oxidation dyes and one or more alkaline agents, and an oxidizing composition (B) comprising one or more chemical oxidizing agents, at least one of the compositions (A) and (B) comprising one or more scleroglucan gums in a total weight content greater than or equal to 0.5%, relative to the total weight of the dye composition(s) (A) or the oxidizing composition (B) containing them. Methods for dyeing keratin fibers using the device are also disclosed.
FOAM PRECURSOR LIQUID AND FOAM CLEANSING COMPOSITION
The invention is directed to a foam precursor liquid and foam cleansing composition that comprise a cellulose ether and surfactant. The precursor liquid results in a foam with excellent lather characteristics upon dispensing from a pump foam dispenser, and the liquid does not thicken to impede or clog the dispenser it is dispensed from. The foam precursor liquid is easily pourable prior to dispensing and makes refilling and reusing pump foam dispensers very convenient for consumers conscious about using less plastic.
