POROUS COMPOSITE POWDER FOR ADSORPTION OF FINE DUST AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
The present disclosure provides porous composite powder which includes biodegradable polymer particles with a porous structure having positive charges dispersed uniformly thereon and further includes inorganic particles. The porous composite powder adsorbs and removes fine particulate matter remaining in the skin and skin pores effectively through ionic bonding, while maintaining a spherical shape. The present disclosure also provides a method for preparing porous composite powder for adsorption of fine dust including particles forming a composite homogeneously, while maintaining a spherical shape, through a single process.
SPRAY TYPE COSMETIC COMPOSITION HAVING MAKEUP-MAINTAINING ABILITY AND SPRAYING POWER
This disclosure provides a spray type cosmetic composition comprising hydroxypropyl starch (HPS) and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP). In more detail, this disclosure provides a spray-type cosmetic composition for makeup fixer, comprising HPS and PVP, which has excellent properties such as makeup maintaining ability, spraying power, and less stickiness at the same time.
Water-Free/Anhydrous Cream Shampoo
An anhydrous shampoo composition includes two surfactants selected from (a) sodium cocoyl isethionate, and (b) at least one of sodium lauroyl methyl isethionate and sodium cocoyl methyl isethionate; and propanediol. The compositions can further include glycerin, gaur and citric acid. The shampoos compositions are capable of foaming when combined with water during use for cleaning and conditioning keratinous fibers.
Methods and Compositions for Improving the Appearance of Hair Following Topical Minoxidil Application
Compositions and methods are disclosed herein for treating female pattern hair loss with a topical composition used to remove minoxidil from the hairs. A method for diagnosing subjects in need of a topical composition used to remove minoxidil from the hair treatment and guiding the application of a topical composition used to remove minoxidil from the hair treatment are also described. Additionally, a method for diagnosing a subject at high risk for female pattern hair loss who will likely respond to topical composition used to remove minoxidil from the hair prophylactic treatment is described. A method for combining the composition described herein with topical minoxidil for androgenetic alopecia is described. In addition, cosmetic compositions are described as well as methods of improving the appearance of hair following application of minoxidil.
Deodorant Comprising a Zinc Carboxylate Salt and Aluminum Chlorohydrate
An advantageous deodorizing composition comprising at least one zinc carboxylate salt and aluminium chlorohydrate is provided, as well as a deodorant consumer product comprising the same. Furthermore, a method of suspending aluminium chlorohydrate in an at least essentially anhydrous solvent is provided, as well as a method of preventing clumping of aluminium chlorohydrate in a deodorizing composition or a deodorant consumer product and a method of preventing clogging of a nozzle of a deodorant spray containing a deodorizing composition.
