SCALABLE CONFIGURABLE UNIVERSAL OPERATING SYSTEM
A scalable configurable universal operating system, and associated processes and procedures, which, together, are configurable to provide at least one operating system resource. The at least one operating system resource may be utilized by at least one cyber system for providing at least one individual with safe, secure, private cyber interactions with properly identified instances of the individual's cyber devices, with other parties, and with the cyber devices of other parties. Processes and procedures are also provided which may be configured to provide an individual with the ability to selectively grant or selectively deny another party or a cyber device access to at least one part of the individual's cyber activities, cyber interactions, cyber assets, and cyber resources. A scalable configurable universal operating system is also provided which may be configured to provide interoperable use of cyber content, cyber devices, and cyber programming throughout the at least one cyber system.
Slider cover for computing device
Techniques including use of a slider cover for a computing device are described. In one or more implementations, the slider cover includes a cover body and a pair of hinge assemblies secured along opposing edges of the cover body. The hinge assemblies are designed to attach to a housing for a computing device having a pair of tracks extending along opposing edges of the housing. Engagement of the tracks with the hinge assemblies forms an attachment of the housing to the slider cover designed to enable the housing and slider cover to slide relative to one another in parallel planes and the housing to pivot around a pivot axis formed by the pair of hinge assemblies. Accordingly, manipulation of the housing relative to the slider cover may occur via the hinge assemblies to assume multiple different configurations for an apparatus that includes the slider cover.
Multiple Monitor Display Apparatus
A multiple monitor apparatus in the form or a laptop PC, a desktop monitor, a mobile device, and the like. In dual screen mode, the additional monitor is typically presented displaying different content and centered to the user. In single screen mode, the additional display enclosures are retracted and stored in such a manner that they do not present themselves to the user. A guiderail assembly is used to center both display enclosures relative to the user. The guiderail assembly may be motorized or manually effected and may be located above or below the primary enclosure hinge. The secondary enclosure may be extended and retracted from the primary enclosure by the use of slider arms. The secondary enclosure may also be hinged to the primary enclosure, utilize pegs, ride on its own guiderail, and detach from the primary enclosure or the apparatus. Independent guiderails may also be employed to center two or more displays relative to a user. In one embodiment, the monitor may be rotated from landscape to portrait view.
Rotating device providing rotational precision for a held object
A rotating device configured to rotate and position a product at multiple precision angles includes a base and an angle defining disk. The angle defining disk defines a circular through hole. A rotating mechanism is received in the through hole and a positioning mechanism is connected to the rotating mechanism. The periphery of an inner wall of the through hole includes a plurality of locating slots. The rotating mechanism is capable of rotating in the through hole by an external force and driving the positioning mechanism to rotate relative to the angle defining disk. The rotation causes the rotating mechanism to move and take a precise position from one locating slot to another locating slot.
Convertible electronic apparatus
Convertible electronic assemblies and subassemblies are provided that include display subassemblies and base subassemblies. The display subassembly includes a housing and a display device visually presenting information. The base subassembly including a housing and an input device that receives input from an operator. The housing of the display subassembly has hinge sections that mate with hinge recesses in the housing of the base subassembly. The display subassembly and the base subassembly are coupled with each other by inserting the hinge sections of the display subassembly into the recesses of the base subassembly and the display subassembly and the base subassembly are separated from each other by pulling the hinge sections of the display subassembly out of the recesses of the base subassembly.
DISPLAY DEVICE, ELECTRONIC DEVICE, AND SYSTEM
A display region of an electronic device is enlarged. Alternatively, a display region of an electronic device is protected. Alternatively, a display device for extending a display region is provided. A system includes an electronic device including a first display portion positioned on a first surface including an upper surface of a housing and a second display portion positioned on a second surface including a first side surface of the housing, and a display device including a third display portion positioned on a third surface of a support portion and a connection portion having a function of connecting with the housing and a function of reversibly changing the relative positions of the support portion and the housing between a first configuration and a second configuration. The first configuration is a configuration in which the support portion covers the first display portion such that the second display portion is visible. The second configuration is a configuration in which the support portion and the housing are opened such that the first display portion, the second display portion, and the third display portion are visible.
LAPTOP HAVING DUAL MONITORS THAT ARE ARRANGED VERTICALLY
Disclosed is a laptop having dual monitors that are arranged vertically, the laptop comprising: a main monitor 210 having a vertical width of a first size; a body 220 having, on one side thereof, a first hinge unit 221 formed so as to fold the main monitor 210, and a keyboard 222 spaced from the first hinge unit 221 so as to be arranged on the lower end of an upper plate; and a folder-type sub monitor 230 which has a vertical width of a second size that is relatively smaller than the vertical width of the first size, and which is adjacent to the keyboard 222 so as to ascend at a certain inclined angle on the basis of a second hinge unit 231 formed on the upper end of the upper plate of the body 220, and thus the present invention divides a screen so that different UIs may be respectively provided through the main monitor 210 and the sub monitor 230.
V-pole holder for light modifiers
A holder for flexible materials which incorporate two arms connected by an elbow. Within the elbow is a tensioning mechanism which, when engaged, tends to press the arm apart. When the tension is released, the holder collapses into an easily stored mechanism. With the arms being variable in length, the range of material dimensions is greatly enhanced. A connector positioned at the elbow permits the holder to be secured to a base and arranged in gangs to address the particular need at the time.
Portable electronic device
The present disclosure discloses a portable electronic device including a primary display panel, a keyboard module, a secondary display panel, and a support plate. The primary display panel includes a first pivot and a second pivot. The first pivot and the second pivot are disposed at the primary display panel. The keyboard module faces the primary display panel and includes a third pivot. One side of the secondary display panel is connected to the first pivot, and another side is a free side. The secondary display panel is flipped through the first pivot to be overlapped on an upper surface of the keyboard module or to abut against the upper surface at the free side. The support plate is flipped through the second pivot and the third pivot to be overlapped on the bottom surface of the primary display panel or to support the primary display panel.
Mobile computer
A mobile computer including a liquid crystal display, a first illumination source, a second illumination source for illuminating through a portion, and a lens.
