The arm can be secured to the base shaft and the upper shaft to translate a range of rotation of the arm around the base shaft to rotation around the display shaft. The conductor can extend from the base assembly into the arm parallel to the base shaft and extend from the arm into the upper assembly parallel to the upper shaft.
HINGE WITH FREE-STOP FUNCTION
Technologies are described for a hinge mechanism coupled to at least a dual-display device wherein the displays can rotate with respect to each other through 360 degrees. The hinge mechanism has at least one flexible connection member that follows a generally S-shaped path when the displays are in a tablet position. In some embodiments, a second flexible connection member can be added that follows a mirrored S-shaped path. The S-shaped path of the first flexible connection member and the mirrored S-shape path of the second flexible connection member together create a cross-configuration. In other embodiments, interconnected friction hinges can allow for a free-stop function at any point along the 360 degrees of rotation.

According to certain embodiments, an electronic device may include: a housing including a first housing and a second housing; a hinge structure hingably connecting the first housing and the second housing, the hinge structure including at least one rotating arm; a bracket including a first area to cover a first rotating arm, a second area forming a step with the first area, and a stepped area formed between the first area and the second area, the stepped area having a first recess formed thereon; a battery disposed on the second area of the bracket; a first printed circuit board (PCB) which is disposed adjacent to a first periphery of the first housing; a second PCB disposed adjacent to a second periphery of the first housing and parallel to the first periphery; a flexible printed circuit board (FPCB) which is disposed between the battery and the second periphery, a second recess being formed on a part of the FPCB that is adjacent to the battery; and a radio frequency (RF) coaxial cable connected from a certain point of the first PCB to a certain point of the second PCB by passing through the first recess and the second recess.
HINGED DEVICE
The description relates to hinged devices, such as hinged computing devices. One example can include a first portion and a second portion. The example can also include a pair of self-regulating hinge assemblies rotatably securing hinge ends of the first and second portions around a first hinge axis associated with the first portion and a second hinge axis associated with the second hinge axis so that an extent of rotation around the first hinge axis corresponds to an extent of rotation around the second hinge axis. The example can also include a first display positioned on the first portion and wrapped around the hinge end between the pair of self-regulating hinge assemblies. The example can further include a second display positioned on the second portion and wrapped around the hinge end between the pair of self-regulating hinge assemblies.
FOLDABLE ELECTRONIC DEVICE
A foldable electronic device is provided. The foldable electronic device includes a foldable housing including a first housing portion, a second housing portion, and a hinge structure connected with the first housing portion and the second housing portion, the foldable housing configured to be folded about a folding axis; a flexible display accommodated in the first housing portion and the second housing portion; a plurality of rigid printed circuit boards (RPCBs) including a first RPCB accommodated in the first housing portion and a second RPCB accommodated in the second housing portion; a first flexible printed circuit board (FPCB) configured to electronically connect with the first RPCB and the second RPCB, the first FPCB including a first flexible portion located through a designated area of the hinge structure, the first FPCB including a first rigid portion and a second rigid portion affixed to a part of the hinge structure; a second FPCB configured to electronically connect with the first RPCB and the second RPCB, the second FPCB including a second flexible portion located through the designated area of the hinge structure, the second FPCB including a third rigid portion and a fourth rigid portion affixed to a part of the hinge structure, wherein the second flexible portion of the second FPCB is spaced apart and substantially parallel from the first flexible portion of the first FPCB; and a bending-guide member attached to the first FPCB between the first rigid portion and the second rigid portion, and attached to the second FPCB between the third rigid portion and the fourth rigid portion such that the first flexible portion and the second flexible portion are held together.
Portable electronic computer
This invention puts forward a kind of mobile computer, which includes a host with a panel display on it, a screen cover and a keyboard. The keyboard is set on the screen cover. The connection between the host and the screen cover adopts staff connecting structure or slide block and sliding groove connecting structure, and the host can be folded with the screen cover and opened to stand up askew on the screen cover conveniently. The best heat transfer effect of the wall of the host shell is adopted, when the host stands up, to improve heat transfer and decrease the host thickness. The screen cover can be removed and installed from the host conveniently. Setting battery on the screen cover, users can replace the battery conveniently.
Connecting device, electronic equipment and notebook computer with connecting device
The embodiments of the present invention provide a connecting device and electronic equipment with the connecting device. The connecting device includes: a first fixed component; a mobile component mounted on the first fixed component; a rotational component connected to the first fixed component by the mobile component, wherein the rotational component could move horizontally with respect to the first fixed component by the mobile component; and a second fixed component connected to the rotational component, wherein the second fixed component could rotate with respect to the first fixed component by the rotational component. The connecting device could achieve the two operations of moving horizontally and rotating synchronously.
Multipurpose speaker enclosure in a display assistant device
This application is directed to a speaker assembly in which a speaker is mounted in an enclosure structure. The enclosure structure exposes a speaker opening of the speaker and provides a sealed enclosure for a rear portion of the speaker, and further includes an electrically conductive portion. One or more electronic components are coupled to the electrically conductive portion of the enclosure structure (which is grounded in some implementations). The electrically conductive portion of the enclosure structure is configured to provide electromagnetic shielding for the electronic components and forms part of the sealed enclosure of the speaker. In some implementations, the electrically conductive portion of the enclosure structure is thermally coupled to the electronic components and acts as a heat sink that is configured to absorb heat generated by the electronic components and dissipate the generated heat away from the electronic components.
Low-Profile Clip with Reduced Electrical Noise
A reduced or low-profile mechanical clip is described. This mechanical clip may include a trench that constrains the mechanical degrees of freedom of wires, such as those between an interface circuit and an antenna in an electronic device. Moreover, the mechanical clip may have a low height (such as less than 3 mm) so it can fit in a confined space between components in the interior of the electronic device. The mechanical clip may be mountable on a surface in the interior of the electronic device, such as on a printed circuit board or on an inner surface of a chassis or external housing of the electronic device. By mechanically constraining the mechanical degrees of freedom of the wires, the mechanical clip may reduce electrical noise induced by motion of the wires. In addition, the mechanical clip may facilitate low-cost reproducible assembly of the electronic device.
