System and method for insulin pump medical device including a slider assembly wherein images on display allow for highlighting and magnifying images
A medical system includes an input assembly for receiving one or more user inputs. The input assembly includes at least one slider assembly for providing an input signal. Processing logic receives the input signal from the input assembly and provides a first output signal and a second output signal. A display assembly is configured to receive, at least in part, the first output signal from the processing logic and render information viewable by the user. The second output signal is provided to one or more medical system components. The information rendered on the display assembly may be manipulatable by the user and at least a portion of the information rendered may be magnified.
DISPLAY SYSTEM, DISPLAY METHOD, AND PROGRAM
A display system includes a display unit that is provided to a portable terminal and displays a larger size document image than a size of a display area, a displacement amount calculating unit that calculates a displacement direction and a displacement amount of the portable terminal on a virtual surface set along a display screen of the display unit, and a document image specifying unit that specifies, in the document image, a partial area to be displayed in place of a partial area of the document image displayed on the display unit, based on the displacement direction and the displacement amount that are calculated by the displacement amount calculating unit.
INPUT DEVICE
An input device includes: an input unit; a supporting unit supporting the input unit; a first actuator; a second actuator; and a magnetic path forming body forming a magnetic circuit that guides a magnetic flux generated by a first magnetic pole forming unit to pass through a second coil and that also guides a magnetic flux generated by a second magnetic pole forming unit to pass through a first coil. A magnetic resistance to be a resistance in the magnetic circuit is disposed at a middle location along a first connection part that connects an end of a first coil side part to an end of a second coil side part, and a second connection part that connects the other end of the first coil side part to the other end of the second coil side part.
INPUT DEVICE
An input device includes: an operating component that includes an operating surface and is operated by an operating body; a rotation detector that detects rotation of the operating component; a touch sensor that detects a contact position of the operating body on the operating surface; and a controller that outputs a detection result of the rotation detector when the rotation detector detects the rotation of the operating component, and outputs a detection result of the touch sensor when the touch sensor detects the contact position of the operating body. When the rotation detector detects the rotation of the operating component and the touch sensor detects the contact position of the operating body, the controller outputs the detection result of the rotation detector and does not output the detection result of the touch sensor for a first time period starting from the detection by the rotation detector.
INTEGRATED DRIVER AND TINT SELECTOR
A modular system for smart windows has tint drivers and interchangeable interfaces, for driving electrochromic devices. Each tint driver has one or more processors and electronic circuitry to drive two electrochromic devices according to a selected tint. Each interchangeable interface is attachable to and removable from each of the tint drivers. A power supply supplies power to the tint drivers. The power supply supplies power via a tint driver to an interchangeable interface attached to the tint driver.
Mobile communication terminals, their directional input units, and methods thereof
This disclosure generally relates to various directional input units of a mobile communication terminal, where such directional input units receive a single user input or multiple concurrent user inputs and then acquires at least one selecting (user) sub-input therefrom while a terminal is in its powered-off state or its off-state. After acquiring the selecting user sub-input, a terminal runs at least one pre-selected operation which is selected from a set of multiple pre-selected operations and which matches the selecting user sub-input when a terminal powers on from its powered-off state or wakes up from its off-state. A directional input unit may acquire the selecting user sub-input from a movement of at least a portion thereof, a contact between at least a portion thereof and a user body part, or the like. As a result, a terminal can provide a user with more seamless operations.
Input device for touchscreen with magnetic sheet and magnetized objects
A presented force sense is associated with an input of an operator to a touch panel. An input to the touch panel is performed using a touch panel input device including: a first object including a first surface, a first texture including a region of an S-pole and a region of an N-pole being previously magnetized on the first surface, a plate surface on an opposite side to the first surface being disposed to face an input surface of the touch panel; and a second object including a magnetic sheet and a conductive portion, the magnetic sheet including a second surface, a second texture including a region of an S-pole and a region of an N-pole being previously magnetized on the second surface, the second surface being disposed to face the first surface, the conductive portion forming a conductive pattern on the second surface, the second object being operated by an operator performing an input operation on the touch panel.
INPUT DETECTION SYSTEM
An input detection system includes a detection device including a plurality of detection electrodes arrayed in a detection region, and an input support device including a first electrode, a second electrode provided so as to be movable on a concentric circle about a rotating axis overlapping with the first electrode, and a coupling portion that electrically couples the first electrode and the second electrode. A position of the rotating axis of the input support device is fixed to the detection region of the detection device, and a reference potential is supplied to the detection electrode corresponding to the first electrode and a drive signal is supplied to the detection electrode corresponding to the second electrode.
Input control device and input control method
A touch information acquiring unit acquires touch information including the positions of touch points and the electrostatic capacitances of the touch points. A touch means determining unit determines whether each of the touch points is touched by a finger or by an input device with which a finger is in contact using the touch information, and thereby determines whether there is a touch point touched by the input device with which the finger is in contact. In a case where it is determined that there is a touch point touched by the input device with which the finger is in contact, and the total number of touch points on a touch panel exceeds an effective upper limit number, an operation determining unit determines that one or more touch points touched by fingers are points where touches are to become ineffective, and regards the one or more touch points as points from which touches are released, the number of the one or more touch points being equal to a number by which the total number exceeds the effective upper limit number.
