Display device with integrated touch screen and method of manufacturing the same
Disclosed are a display device with integrated touch screen and a method of manufacturing the same, which prevent the partial detachment of an organic layer. The display device includes a light emitting device layer including a first electrode disposed on a first substrate, a light emitting layer disposed on the first electrode, and a second electrode disposed on the light emitting layer and a touch sensing layer disposed on the light emitting device layer. The touch sensing layer includes a first touch electrode layer, a second touch electrode layer, and a touch insulation layer disposed therebetween, and the touch insulation layer includes a touch inorganic layer covering the second touch electrode layer and a touch organic layer disposed on the touch inorganic layer.
Touch panel and organic light-emitting display device
A touch panel is configured to be disposed on a display panel. The touch panel includes a substrate layer, a first metal layer, an insulating layer covering the first metal layer, a second metal layer, and a protection layer disposed on the second metal layer. The first metal layer includes a plurality of pressure sensors and metal bridges. Each of the pressure sensors includes a pressure sensing electrode. The second metal layer is disposed on the insulating layer and includes a plurality of touch sensors. Each of the touch sensors includes a plurality of first electrodes and second electrodes spaced apart and electrically connected to each other through the metal bridges. The pressure sensing electrode is disposed below the first electrodes and the second electrodes and is electrically connected to a processing chip.
Touch-sensing module and device with the same
A touch-sensing module includes a sensing unit, an optical unit, a flexible circuit unit, and a transparent cover. The transparent cover is disposed on the optical unit. The sensing unit, the optical unit, and the transparent cover define an accommodating space. A connecting space is defined between the transparent cover and the flexible circuit unit. A fixing layer is disposed in the connecting space to connect the transparent cover and the flexible circuit unit.
Touch display device and method for driving the same
A touch display device and a method for driving the same is disclosed. The present disclosure provides a touch display device including a display panel including sub-pixels, a touch sensor including a touch electrode formed electrically in common with an electrode of a light-emitting diode included in the sub-pixels, and a touch driver configured to sense the touch sensor, wherein the electrode of the light-emitting diode serves as the touch electrode for a turn-off period of an emission control transistor for controlling emission of the light-emitting diode.

Provided are a display panel and a display apparatus. The display panel includes a back panel, and a fingerprint identification unit, a specular reflection film layer and a touch unit which are disposed on the back panel, wherein the fingerprint identification unit includes a fingerprint identification electrode layer, the touch unit includes a touch electrode layer; and the fingerprint identification electrode layer, the specular reflection film layer and the touch electrode layer are disposed in a same layer.

The invention provides a touch electrode layer and a touch display device, including a first electrode and a second electrode. The first electrode has a first electrode stem and a plurality of first electrode branches arranged obliquely along the first electrode stem. The second electrode has a second electrode stem and a plurality of second electrode branches arranged obliquely along the second electrode stem. The first electrode and the second electrode are arranged in a symmetrical structure, and inclination angles of the first electrode branches and the second electrode branches are same. In a touch electrode unit, shape and size of the first electrode and the second electrode are almost same, and shape and size of the first electrode branches and the second electrode branches that are staggered are also almost the same.

A display substrate includes a first base, touch signal lines and touch units. The touch signal lines are disposed on a side of the first base, and lengths of at least two touch signal lines decrease in sequence. The touch units are disposed on a side of the touch signal lines away from the first base, and a touch unit is electrically connected to a touch signal line. Resistances of at least two touch units increase in sequence, and the at least two touch units in an increase order of the resistances in sequence are electrically connected to the at least two touch signal lines in a decrease order of the lengths in sequence, respectively. The touch units each include a touch electrode, and at least one of the at least two touch units further includes an auxiliary electrode stacked with and electrically connected to a touch electrode.

A touch sensing device includes first sensor electrodes disposed in a first area, second sensor electrodes disposed in a second area, first sensor lines each connected to the first sensor electrodes in the first area, and second sensor lines each connected to the second sensor electrodes in the second area. A method includes transmitting, by a plurality of drive sense circuits of a primary interactive display device, a plurality of signals on a plurality of electrodes of the primary interactive display device. At least one change in electrical characteristics of a set of electrodes is detected by a set of drive sense circuits during a temporal period. A stream of user notion data is determined by a processing module of the primary interactive display device based on interpreting the at least one change in the electrical characteristics of the set of electrodes during the temporal period. The stream of user notation data is displayed via a display of the primary interactive display device during the temporal period. The stream of user notation data is transmitted, via a network interface of the primary interactive display device, to a plurality of secondary interactive display devices for display.
