METHOD AND USER TERMINAL FOR RECOMMENDING EMOTICONS BASED ON CONVERSATION INFORMATION
A method for recommending emoticons by a user terminal is proposed. The method may include receiving, from a server, a keyword database comprising information on keywords matched with emoticons and storing the received keyword database, and displaying conversation information in a chat room. The method may also include selecting at least some of conversation information as base conversation information according to a predetermined criterion, and selecting at least one keyword included in the keyword database as a basic keyword based on the base conversation information. The method may further include displaying a basic keyword interface corresponding to the basic keyword, receiving an input of selecting the basic keyword interface from a user, and displaying information on at least one emoticon matched with a basic keyword corresponding to the selected basic keyword interface.
Multi QWERTY key input method
The present disclosure relates to a multi QWERTY key input method, and more particularly, to a multi QWERTY key input method that allows a plurality of characters to be input by a single key using the QWERTY keyboard arrangement.
Navigating displayed graphical user interface panels using assigned keyboard shortcut key(s)
A system to control navigation of graphical user interface (GUI) panels on a web page includes a processor and a storage medium that stores instructions that are configurable to cause the processor to perform a method of navigating the GUI panels. The method controls display of a web page having GUI panels, and receives input associated with a command to change focus away from a first GUI panel. The input is generated in response to selection of an assigned keyboard key, selection of an assigned combination of keyboard keys, or selection of an assigned sequence of keyboard keys by a user. In response to receiving the input, a second GUI panel is identified, and focus is switched from the first GUI panel to the second GUI panel.
Static dynamic on screen display menu
A display, such as a computer monitor, presents a user interface having static and dynamic icons that define inputs made at a joystick input device. For example, a first static icon associates with a first input button to always command a menu presentation, and a second static icon associates with a second input button to always command an exit from the user interface. Plural dynamic icons associate with third and fourth input buttons that scroll the dynamic icons to populate a central input button of the joystick input device. A press at the central input button selects a function associated with the dynamic icon presented at the central input button.
APPARATUS, A METHOD AND A COMPUTER PROGRAM FOR ROTATING DISPLAYED VISUAL INFORMATION
According to various, but not necessarily all, embodiments there is provided an apparatus comprising means for: determining a direction of arrival of sound from a sound source relative to a user device using at least one captured audio signal; controlling an angle of orientation of visual information displayed on a display, wherein the angle of orientation of the visual information is at least partially dependent upon the determined direction of arrival of sound from the sound source relative to the user device.
IDENTIFICATION AND IMAGE CONSTRUCTION FOR SOCIAL MEDIA
A system may display a representative image of historical information associated with a social media account. In an example, an apparatus may include a processor and a memory coupled with the processor that effectuates operations. The operations may include receiving information during a period associated with a social media account, wherein the information comprises one or more keywords associated with an image, text, audio, or video of respective social media posts, and wherein the one or more keywords is determined based on computer image analysis or machine learning of the respective social media posts, based on the information, determining that a threshold amount of activity associated with the social media account corresponds with at least a representative image indicative of the activity during the period; and sending an alert that comprises the representative image.
Augmented devices
Implementations use a first device (e.g., an HMD) to provide a CGR environment that augments the input and output capabilities of a second device, e.g., a laptop, smart speaker, etc. In some implementations, the first device communicates with a second device in its proximate physical environment to exchange input or output data. For example, an HMD may capture an image of a physical environment that includes a laptop. The HMD may detect the laptop, send a request the laptop's content, receive content from the laptop (e.g., the content that the laptop is currently displaying and additional content), identify the location of the laptop, and display a virtual object with the received content in the CGR environment on or near the laptop. The size, shape, orientation, or position of the virtual object (e.g., a virtual monitor or monitor extension) may also be configured to provide a better user experience.
HINGED KEYBOARD ACCESSORY HAVING MULTIPLE INSTALLATION MODES FOR A TABLET COMPUTING DEVICE
An accessory device for a tablet computing device may include a base portion having one or more input devices (e.g., keyboards, trackpads, touchscreen displays, and the like) for providing inputs to the tablet computing device. The accessory device may include a coupling mechanism for releasably coupling the base portion of the accessory device to a tablet computing device in multiple different installation modes. The coupling mechanism may include an auxiliary display for providing a graphical output along a surface of the coupling mechanism. Additionally or alternatively, the coupling mechanism may include a recess for receiving a stylus.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SWITCHING AND ON-DEVICE PORTABILITY OF PERSONALIZED MONITOR PROFILES
A method includes mapping a monitor setting to a shortcut key associated with a human interface device, and translating the monitor setting of a first monitor into binary data based on a lookup table. The method may also generate a human interface device report; embed the binary data in the human interface device report, and store the human interface device report with the binary data in the human interface device. The method may also detect invocation of the shortcut key using the human interface device, match an identifier in the human interface device report associated with the shortcut key; and retrieve the binary data based on the identifier. The method may also transmit the binary data to a second monitor.
DISPLAY DEVICE AND DISPLAY METHOD THEREOF
Provided is a display device. The display device includes a first processor, a second processor, and a display screen. The first processor is configured to acquire at least two OSD images, and to form a combined image with at least two OSD images and send the combined image to the second processor. The second processor is electrically coupled to the first processor and is configured to receive the combined image, identify at least two OSD images from the combined image, acquire a first screen and acquire a second screen by superimposing at least two OSD images onto the first screen, and output the second screen to the display screen. The display screen is electrically coupled to the second processor and is configured to display the second screen.
