An information processing apparatus includes a processor configured to: transmit authentication information to a first image forming apparatus; acquire, from the first image forming apparatus, job information acquired by the first image forming apparatus from a server using the authentication information, the job information being information on one or more jobs corresponding to the authentication information; cause a display to display a screen presenting the acquired job information; receive, on the displayed screen, selection of one or more jobs to print using the first image forming apparatus; and transmit selection information indicating one or more selected jobs selected by the selection to the first image forming apparatus to instruct the first image forming apparatus to acquire the one or more selected jobs from the server.

An image forming apparatus includes a processor configured to: allow execution of printing using registered print information, the registered print information being allowed to be applied to a print job for performing printing, the registered print information being allowed to be recorded in image forming apparatuses individually, and receive an operation for executing a print job, the print job being a job to which the registered print information is applied; when the registered print information is recorded in the image forming apparatus, the registered print information being applied to the print job for which the operation for execution is received, perform printing in the image forming apparatus by using the registered print information; and, when the registered print information is not recorded in the image forming apparatus, the registered print information being applied to the print job for which the operation for execution is received, perform printing by using the registered print information received from at least one different image forming apparatus, the at least one different image forming apparatus recording the registered print information.

A storage medium storing an application program executable by a computer of an information processing device, an operating system of the information processing device having an automatic function by which, when procedure data indicating: (i) a series of procedures of a plurality of functions and operations; and (ii) an activation condition, is registered therein, the operating system automatically executes the series of procedures in response to the activation condition being satisfied, wherein, when the application program is activated based on the automatic function, the application program causes the computer to: acquire input information which includes activation information for identifying the activation condition; decide print target data based on the acquired activation information acquired; and automatically output a print job based on the decided print target data, the operating system being configured to transmit the input information to the application program at the time of activating the application program.

An image forming apparatus include a processor configured to: obtain a type of use, a tendency of use, or a use condition of the image forming apparatus by a user; and transmit a log regarding use of the image forming apparatus by the user with the obtained type of use, the obtained tendency of use, or the obtained use condition being distinguishable.

A card creation system uses software tools on computing devices for coordinating and creating cards that include handwritten text for a recipient. The software is used to an organizer to create invitations to participate in a coordinated group card delivery for a recipient on a designated date for a specified event. The card creation invitations are distributed to invitees who can either accept or decline the invitation. The software can be used to create custom card designs that include handwritten text. The custom card designs are transmitted from the participant computing devices to a server. The card designs are reviewed, printed, and placed in separate envelopes. The printed and enveloped cards are then packaged in a single container. The single container is then sent in the card recipient on a designated delivery date.

A print apparatus registers information of the print apparatus in a server via an external access point based on an instruction provided via an operation screen of the print apparatus, obtains print data when an audio control device receives a print instruction by audio so that the server generates the print data, and executes a print process based on the obtained print data.

A system and method for managing print services between multifunction peripherals and a print server includes a connector server. The connector server subscribes to event notifications from each multifunction peripheral through two or more network adapters. Events are relayed from the connector server to the print server, irrespective as to which network adapter receives them. The connector server also relays web content between the multifunction peripheral and the print server.

A printing apparatus determines, upon receiving information from a server that printing of a print job acquired from the server should be cancelled after the start of print processing of the print job, whether the cancellation should be accepted. If it is determined the cancellation should be accepted, execution of the print processing is cancelled and terminated and the server is notified, and if it is determined the cancellation should not be accepted, the server is notified of an execution result indicating that output of the print job has been completed. The printing apparatus further notifies the server of the execution result indicating that output of the print job has been completed when the printing of the print job has been successfully completed before cancellation and termination of the execution of the print processing, even in a case where it is determined that the cancellation should be accepted.
