A non-transitory computer-readable recording medium stores a printing program for executing on a computer. The printing program causes the computer to function as an available capacity determining circuit and a print data transmitting circuit. The available capacity determining circuit determines an available capacity available for a print job in a storage device of the image forming apparatus. The print data transmitting circuit transmits print data to the image forming apparatus, the print data being adapted to the available capacity determined by the available capacity determining circuit. The print data transmitting circuit converts the variable print data into print data without the reuse data and transmits the converted print data to the image forming apparatus in a specific case where the available capacity is less than the variable printing capacity.

Disclosed is a print apparatus including: a memory configured to store the print job; a print unit configured to execute a print based on the print job; a first detector configured to detect the print allowed user; a second detector configured to detect a print disallowed user; and a hardware processor configured to: obtain the print job, change a danger distance according to a first distance from the print apparatus to the print allowed user, compare the danger distance with a second distance from the print apparatus to the nearest print disallowed user when the first distance is not more than a predetermined print start distance, and instruct the print unit to start the print based on the print job in accordance with a result of the comparison.

An information processing device that performs an authentication to authenticate a user and controls operations of an image processing device based on a result of the authentication, comprising: an application that accesses the image processing device and performs a process to enable the image processing device to operate; and an authentication server that performs the authentication to authenticate the user and sends application information relating to the application to the image processing device when successfully authenticating the user through the authentication. The application generates an access request including information relating to the application and sends the generated access request to the image processing device when accessing the image processing device in response to an instruction given by the authenticated user who is successfully authenticated through the authentication.

An image generation-output control apparatus for controlling an image generation and output operation based on an instruction received from a server in an image processing system. The server includes a first memory to store first image processing data applicable to an image processing for outputting a target image, first circuitry to generate first image drawing information based on output target image information and the first image processing data when performing an image forming operation. The image generation-output control apparatus includes second circuitry, having one or more capabilities compatible with one or more capabilities of the first circuitry of the server. The second circuitry generates second image drawing information based on the output target image information and the first image processing data acquired from the server, and instructs an image forming apparatus to perform an image forming operation based on the generated second image drawing information.

A non-transitory computer readable storage medium stores a set of program instructions installed on and executed by a computer provided in a terminal device. The set of program instructions includes receiving a print start operation to start printing images represented by first and second sets of print data. The first set of print data represents a first print image correlated with a first print medium type. The second set of print data represents a second print image correlated with a second print medium type. The set of program instructions include transmitting the first set of print data, and transmitting the second set of print data to the printer. The second print image is to be printed after the first print image is printed. The transmitting the second set of print data is performed before the printer complete printing the first print image.

A printing control system comprising: a plurality of image forming apparatuses set as parent units; and a plurality of image forming apparatuses set as child units, all of which are connected together through a network, wherein a child of the child units unit obtains a job list response from any one of the parent units either storing a print data item to be identified with a job name of a print data item included in a job list information item requested by a job list request, or not storing the print data item.

The print apparatus executes the print job. The storage device stores a job transmission program. The CPU executes the job transmission program to function as a spool availability determination unit and a job transmitter. The spool availability determination unit executes a determination of whether the print apparatus is capable of spooling an instruction execution type print job as the print job, executed in accordance with a specific instruction. The job transmitter transmits the instruction execution type print job to the print apparatus when the spool availability determination unit determines that the print apparatus is capable of spooling the instruction execution type print job. The spool availability determination unit obtains determination information for the determination from the print apparatus.

When an image formation apparatus included in an image processing system including a plurality of apparatus groups each consisting of a plurality of image formation apparatuses accepts a request for an inquiry about an image formation apparatus which has stored a print job associated with a designated user from another image formation apparatus belonging to an apparatus group to which the image formation apparatus belongs, the image formation apparatus requests, in response to the request, of an image formation apparatus which belongs to another apparatus group and is saved in advance, for the inquiry. When the request originates from another image formation apparatus belonging to another apparatus group, the image formation apparatus inquires of a management image formation apparatus within that apparatus group.

An information processing apparatus includes a receiving unit that receives print instruction information to print data, a memory that stores the print instruction information received by the receiving unit, a management unit that manages an output order of the print instruction information, an execution unit that executes a printing process according to the print instruction information in the output order, and a near field communication unit that performs near field communication. In a case where a connection via the near field communication is established, where the receiving unit receives the print instruction information through the near field communication unit, and where there is a print instruction information previously stored in the memory, the management unit gives priority to the print instruction information in the output order over the print instruction information previously stored in the memory.
