Provided is an image forming system for pull printing that does not require a server and does not require input of keys or the like at the time of output. A division part divides pull print document data into a plurality of blocks including a critical block that includes information required for printing and transfer blocks that include other information. A storing and transmitting part transmits the transfer blocks of the blocks to at least two of preserving apparatuses. A critical block acquisition part acquires the critical block. A transfer block acquisition part acquires each of the transfer blocks of the document data corresponding to the critical block from any of the preserving apparatuses. A document reproduction part collectively reproduces the critical block and each of the transfer blocks into the document data.

In a print job transmitting apparatus, when the print job transmitting apparatus is communicably connected with a server configured to spool a print job, a transmission destination confirming portion prioritizes the server over an image forming apparatus and confirms the server as a transmission destination of the print job. When the print job transmitting apparatus is not communicably connected with the server and is communicably connected with the image forming apparatus, the transmission destination confirming portion confirms the image forming apparatus as the transmission destination, and even in a case where the print job transmitting apparatus is communicably connected with the server, when a size of the print job is greater than or equal to a specific size, the transmission destination confirming portion confirms the image forming apparatus as the transmission destination.

Systems, processes, and computer program products for network print redirect to printing device on deviated route
A system and method provide redirection of print jobs from a first printer to a second printer. Aspects of the embodiments may automatically detect when a user is approaching a selected printer and if the print job is not finished, send the remainder of the print job to a second printer on the way to the user's destination. In some embodiments, the user may deviate from an intended route and the system may detect that another printer is more readily available to the user along the deviated route and may redirect the print job to the other printer. The user may pick up portions of the print job at one printer and without having to stop may continue on his or her route picking up other portions of the print job at other printers along the way.
Print processing system and method having print server converts document data into print data and to store the print data into plural storage servers for printing at image processing apparatus
Information that is used for identifying a print data file having been obtained by an image processing apparatus is notified to a print server in response to an error occurring in processing for obtaining the print data files from a first storage server, and a print data file stored by a storage unit is obtained from a second storage server based on an index file including acquisition source information about a not-yet-obtained print data file, and print processing is executed.
