A verification apparatus includes reads an image on a sheet conveyed using a plurality of imaging units configured to respectively perform reading in read regions different from each other in a predetermined direction orthogonal to a conveyance direction of the sheet, the read regions respectively corresponding to adjacent imaging units partially overlapping with each other. The apparatus performs processing of changing a size, in the predetermined direction, of a larger one of a read image obtained by reading the image on the sheet by each of the plurality of imaging units, and a corresponding reference image, in accordance with a size of a smaller one, and performs verification by comparing the read image corresponding to each of the plurality of imaging units with the corresponding reference image, after the processing has been completed.

An image forming system includes an image forming unit, a pressure-bonding processing unit, a display portion, and a control unit capable of controlling the image forming unit by acquiring image data for forming a toner image on a recording medium in an operation in an image forming mode. A blurriness value is calculated for each image area, and the smallest blurriness value is decided (step S24). Resolution of a printer that prints the image is read (step S25). An enlargement/reduction rate in which the blurriness value is equal to or smaller than a second threshold value is calculated based on the decided blurriness value (step S26).

According to one embodiment, there is provided an image forming device, the image forming device applying information differently for each copy to a sheet on which an image is to be formed. The image forming device includes a controller and an image forming processor. The controller is configured to acquire image information, the image information including an input image to be formed on a sheet and applying information associated with each copy, in response to the input image being formed. The controller is configured to generate a composite image obtained by applying an applying image based on the applying information for each copy to the input image. The image forming processor is configured to form the composite image generated for each copy on the sheet of each copy.

Described herein is a computer implemented method. The method includes selecting a plurality of elements on a design page and, for each selected element, determining a plurality of edge bleed pairs, each edge bleed pair including a particular edge and a particular bleed of the design page. Each edge bleed pair is processed to determine whether the selected element should be resized, the determination being based on the position of the particular edge relative to the particular bleed. If the determination is that the element should be resized, the method involves resizing the selected element so that the element covers a greater portion of the particular bleed than was originally covered by the element.

A social networking system user may request physical prints of digital photographs stored in connection with the user's user profile on the social networking system.
