The printer control unit accepts an input of the folder name, and prepares the sub hot folder given the accepted folder name and causes the printer storage unit to store the sub hot folder when the sub hot folder associated with the same print condition as the print condition corresponding to the keyword included in the accepted folder name is not stored in the printer storage unit.

In an information processing device, a controller displays a database image in a first display region on a display at a first display scale. The database image represents at least partial data included in a database. The controller receives a specific operation, and displays a partial enlarged image, in a second display region on the display at a second display scale greater than the first display scale in response to reception of the specific operation. The partial enlarged image corresponds to an extraction image in a partial extraction region in the database image and is an enlarged image of the extraction image so that the partial enlarged image is displayed in the second display region at the second display scale. In an image processing system, an interactive message is transmitted and received between an information processing apparatus and a chatbot server, job setting information is generated, image data and the job setting information are stored in a storage on a network in association with job identification information, a QR code generated from the job identification information is displayed on a screen of the information processing apparatus, an image forming apparatus is caused to read the QR code and to convert the QR code to job identification information, and the image data and the job setting information associated with the job identification information are transmitted from the storage to the image forming apparatus via the management server.

An information processing apparatus includes a presentation determination processor that presents selection information for causing a user to select an image-forming apparatus for executing printing and a distance determination processor that measures, when a first image-forming apparatus is selected in the selection information, a distance of the first image-forming apparatus from an installation position and determines whether the measured distance is equal to or larger than a predetermined distance. A printing apparatus connectable to an inspection apparatus in a communicable manner according to the present invention includes a reception unit configured to receive an inspection job including at least information indicating whether a correct answer image is to be registered, an analysis unit configured to analyze the received inspection job, and, a control unit configured to perform control so that the correct answer image is transmitted to the inspection apparatus in a case where the correct answer image is to be registered, and to perform control so that an instruction to select the correct answer image is transmitted to the inspection apparatus in a case where the correct answer image is not to be registered, as a result of the analysis.

An image forming apparatus includes a processor configured to: acquire information about a rendering engine from a first image forming apparatus out of plural image forming apparatuses connected to a network that are capable of performing printing using corresponding rendering engines each including predetermined plural setting items; display a setting item that is able to be changed, out of a setting item for the rendering engine acquired from the first image forming apparatus and a setting item for a rendering engine provided in the image forming apparatus; and receive a change of the setting item.

A printer system includes a management server that acquires position information of a printer and identifies a role of the printer set for the position of the printer based on the acquired position information, and the printer that acquires information associated with a role of the printer identified by the management server and operates based on the acquired information. The printer may update printer settings based on setting data acquired from the management server. The printer may acquire print data stored in a storage location identified by the management server and perform printing based on the acquired print data.

According to an aspect of the present disclosure, an image forming apparatus comprises an installing unit configured to install an application in the image forming apparatus, the application holding sheet setting information for a predetermined sheet; and a providing unit configured to provide sheet setting information held by the installed application for a printer driver connected to the image forming apparatus.
