The present disclosure is directed to a system, a method, and an apparatus that manage an image forming apparatus using test page data. In example embodiments, when a client computing device requires verification of the functionality of an image forming apparatus, the client computing device can initiate a request with a managing server. Through the transmission of a test page print request to the image forming apparatus, a scanning of a test page that is printed by the image forming apparatus, a transmission of data from the printed test page to the managing server, and the managing server verifying the data transmitted by the client computing device, the client computing device and managing server can verify the image forming apparatus.

A method for registering a printer to a cloud service is provided. The method includes coupling a mobile device to a printer, via a wireless connection and sending at least a serial number from the printer to the mobile device via the wireless connection. The method includes obtaining geolocation information from the mobile device and registering the serial number of the printer and the geolocation information, associated with the printer, to a cloud service, using the mobile device.

A system for internet enabled printing is disclosed. The system includes an internet print service that renders electronic documents from internet connected devices into an intermediate format for printing by an internet connected print client. The print client allows a printer connected to the print client to print electronic documents received from internet print service. A user registers with the internet print service to obtain an identifier for their printer that is accessible over the internet. The identifier can include an e-mail address so that electronic documents can be submitted to the registered printer via e-mail.

An information processing system includes first circuitry and second circuitry. The first circuitry generates a processing command based on a recognition result of audio information acquired from a voice input device, and instructs the second circuitry to process process data based on the processing command. A video system according to an embodiment includes a first device for generating signals corresponding to an error state of the first device. A computer automated system and method comprising configuring a single or plurality of mobile devices over a network, validating the configured devices, and communicating contextual information to the configured devices. The devices are authenticated and the authentication is sent to a server over the network, when a contextual service, controlled/offered by the server through a contextual service point in communication with the server, is invoked by the configured mobile device in the vicinity of the contextual service point. The mobile device is then enabled to consume a contextual service, offered by and delivered at the contextual service point, either from within the mobile device or over the network.
