Liquid Composition for Cleaning, Sanitizing and/or Disinfecting
Aspects of the present invention relate to an improved antimicrobial and/or anti-viral composition comprising an antimicrobial and/or anti viral mixture consisting of: H.sub.2O.sub.2 at a final concentration of between 3-7% v/v, and a poloxamer at a concentration of 0.1-10% w/v. The poloxamer is in a composite hydrogel formulation. The composition disclosed herein is antimicrobial and/or anti-viral and is particularly useful for cleaning, sterilizing, disinfecting, sanitizing, decontaminating and/or debriding biological surfaces and surfaces of biomaterials, such as when provided in a hand sanitizer, mouth wash, nasal rinse and/or for wound care and/or chronic ulcer care and use for dental prophylaxis and peri-implant health maintenance.
Oral care whitening compositions
Disclosed herein are oral care compositions comprising a peroxide whitening complex in an amount to provide from 3.5% to 7% of hydrogen peroxide by weight of the composition, and a block copolymer of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide in an amount of from 40% to 60% by weight of the composition. Methods of making and using the dentifrices are also provided.
TRANSDERMAL DELIVERY COMPOSITE USING COVALENT ORGANIC FRAMEWORK AND POLYMER
The present invention relates to a transdermal delivery composite comprising a cyclodextrin-based covalent organic framework and polymer. In addition, the present invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising the transdermal delivery composite, and a method for preparing the transdermal delivery composite.
Skin tightening compositions and methods of use
A skin tightening composition including about 2 to about 35 wt. % of at least one thickener selected from polyamide-8, styrene ethylene/propylene copolymer, nylon-611/dimethicone crosspolymer, VP/EICOSENE copolymer, fumed silicas, hydrophobically modified silica, silica silylate, clays and a combination thereof; about 1.5 to about 13 wt. % of at least one filler; about 5 to about 45 wt. % of at least one hydrophobic film former; and about 20 to about 85 wt. % of at least one volatile hydrocarbon, wherein a weight ratio of the at least one hydrophobic film former c) to the at least one thickener a) is 1:2 to 8:1 (hydrophobic film former c):thickener a)), and all weight percentages are based on the total weight of the skin tightening composition.
Oral care compositions
Described herein are oral care compositions comprising a crosslinked polyvinylpyrrolidone complexed with hydrogen peroxide, together with particular co-polymers as additional excipients; including some embodiments which further comprise a calcium abrasive.

Solvent-free method of encapsulating a hydrophobic active
Present disclosure relates to a solvent-free method of encapsulating a hydrophobic active in personal care, hydrophobic active in crop protection or a hydrophobic active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) in polymeric nanoparticles. The method includes mixing the hydrophobic active in a polymer melt, wherein the polymer melt comprises a melt of a block co-polymer, wherein the polymer melt acts as a solvent for the hydrophobic active. The method further includes maintaining the polymer melt in water for sufficient time to allow self-assembly of the block co-polymer to encapsulate the hydrophobic active therein.
