TIMELINE CONTROL WITH IN-PLACE DRILL-DOWN ACCESS TO EVENTS
Systems and methods providing drill-down access to timeline events to a user by a user interface are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, a timeline is presented to a user by the user interface. The timeline may comprise a plurality of event cards comprising event data associated with a customer. The user may select an input associated with the event card. Upon selection of the input, a second plurality of event cards indicative of an event category and associate with the customer may be displayed.
SYSTEMS, METHODS, AND APPARATUS FOR PROVIDING DYNAMIC AUTO-RESPONSES AT A MEDIATING ASSISTANT APPLICATION
Methods, apparatus, systems, and computer-readable media are provided for providing context specific schema files that allow an automated assistant to broker human-to-computer dialogs between a user and an application that is separate from the automated assistant. The context specific schema file can provide the automated assistant with sufficient data to be responsive to user queries without necessarily communicating with a remote device, such as a server. Multiple different context specific schema files can be made available to the automated assistant according to a context in which a user is interacting with the automated assistant. In this way, latency otherwise exhibited by the automated assistant can be mitigated by providing the automated assistant with the information needed to respond to a user without continually retrieving the information over a network.
Systems and methods for production and display of dynamically linked slide presentations
Systems and methods are provided for production and display of map based slide presentations. The system may provide a map of a geographic region via a map interface and select a portion of the geographic region for creation of a slide. The slide may be created to incorporate all of the data within the selected portion and may be part of a series of slides in a presentation. The user may further provide access controls to data aspects within the slide and the system may use the access controls to regulate display of the slide.
Search expression generation
Methods and systems for generating a search expression. The system begins with an empty search expression, and iteratively expands the search expression until some terminating condition is reached.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR COORDINATE-BASED SEARCH
A microservice running in a cloud computing environment is operable to perform a coordinate-based search responsive to a request from a requester such as a viewer that serves a web application in a browser on a user device. The request contains a set of coordinates of a user-defined area which highlights information of interest that the user wants to redact from a document displayed by the viewer on the user device. The document is a rendition of an internal representation generated from an original source document. The internal representation has a coordinate system that maps the location of text data in the original source document. The microservice utilizes the coordinate system to search every instance of the information of interest in the text data, generates corresponding bounding boxes, and sends the coordinates of the bounding boxes to the viewer which creates the bounding boxes to highlight/block all the instances.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR NO FAIL SEARCHING
The method of no fail searching may include receiving a set of keywords from an input set of search fields within a GUI, retrieving a set of search results based on the set of keywords from the input set of search fields, organizing the set of search results according to a set of content types, ranking each search field according to the set of content types, removing the lowest ranked search field from the set of keywords to create a broadened set of search fields when at least one content type has zero results, repeating the retrieving, organizing, ranking, and removing steps until either each content type contains a threshold amount of search results or all search fields have been removed, wherein the broadened set of search fields is used as the input set of search fields in subsequent retrieving steps.

Information processing apparatus, information processing method, and information processing system
An information processing apparatus includes an itemized reliability level calculation unit configured to calculate a first reliability level, wherein the first reliability level is a reliability level of classification target data, and a second reliability level, wherein the second reliability level is a reliability level of a label associated with the classification target data, a learning data reliability level calculation unit configured to calculate a learning data reliability level of learning data including the classification target data and the label based on the first reliability level and the second reliability level, and a classification model learning unit configured to formulate a classification model for giving a label to desired classification target data based on plural pieces of learning data and learning data reliability levels.
Ontology-augmented interface
A process including obtaining a set of natural-language text documents that discuss a topic, the set of documents containing different states of knowledge about the topic at different times. The process includes selecting an ontology from among a plurality of ontologies that correspond to different domains of knowledge, the selection being based on the ontology corresponding to a domain of knowledge including the topic. The process includes identifying concepts discussed in the documents using the ontology and detecting changes in at least some of the concepts over time based on differences between discussion of the concepts in documents authored at different times. The process includes updating natural language instructions on the topic based on the detected changes in the concepts and storing the updated natural language instructions in memory.
