A hybrid tag. The hybrid tag includes an RFID component, an acousto-magnetic component, and a flexible container. The RFID component includes an RFID antenna and an integrated circuit connected to the RFID antenna. The acousto-magnetic component includes an amorphous metal and a magnetic metal disposed on the amorphous metal. The flexible container covers the RFID component and the acousto-magnetic component.

RFID AND/OR RFID/EM ANTI-THEFT RADIO FREQUENCY DETECTION DEVICE
20180075722 · 2018-03-15 · ·

A radio frequency detection device to detect RFID tags. A single double-loop RFID antenna, an RFID reader, connection cables, longitudinal conductive section bars and transverse conductive section bars which form a closed circuit. A transverse branch connecting the longitudinal section bars so as to form a double-loop circuit which is crossed by current and which provides an electromagnetic field able to detect, in three dimensions, RFID tags even on both sides of a single panel of antennas. The possibility of superimposing an RFID antenna, with other antennas with electromagnetic technology allows to obtain a hybrid gate with a simultaneous reading of RFID tags and electromagnetic tags or bars.

System and method for tamper detection using RFID devices
09697711 · 2017-07-04 · ·

A system for tamper detection includes a security device and a data device. The security device has a first portion disposable on a first side of a separation boundary of a separable object, and a second portion disposable on a second side of the separation boundary. The security device further includes a first Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) circuit configured to provide a first return signal. The data device includes a microprocessor and system memory, an RFID reader and a radio antenna. The data device is configured to send and receive radio frequency signals with the first RFID circuit, and to recognize the first return signal as indicating an untampered condition of the separable object.

On-metal RFID tag

A radio frequency identification (RFID) tag including a face stock layer, an antenna inlay beneath the face stock layer and comprising a radio frequency (RF) antenna and an integrated circuit (IC) chip, a spacer layer beneath the antenna inlay, and a metal ground plane. The antenna inlay may include a near-field communication (NFC) or high frequency (HF) antenna, and optionally may include an ultra-high frequency (UHF) antenna. The spacer may be made of a flexible polypropylene, and the metal ground plane may be made of aluminum.
