Determinations as to whether the vehicle can safely pass through the intersection based on the real-time driving speed, and distances to and across the intersection are made, and it is also determined whether safe passage through the intersection is possible. An information intercommunication platform generates warnings to the vehicle being driven and other relevant when a crash is deemed likely between two vehicles, based on the determinations from the relevant vehicles which are in a specified range.
