Travel planner platform for providing quality tourism information
The present invention relates to a system for providing Quality Tourism Information (QTI) for a Free Individual Traveler (FIT) to obtain localized information specific to a particular geographic area (e.g., few meters) and compile an itinerary, in real time comprising: a) a web-enabled server (cloud) adapted to communicate with a plurality of sources and databases comprising information on a plurality of tourist attractions, lodging establishments, and services; b) a User Interface (UI) to facilitate interaction with said server and provide solutions to said traveler, said UI comprising, a menu containing introductory solution for a specific geographic area and a function for allowing to specify desired tourist attractions and resources to be submitted via said function to a Tourism Individual Planning (TIP) algorithm; and c) a TIP algorithm for retrieving information from said sources and databases and for generating at least one personal itinerary form said retrieved solutions based on Tourism Logic.
Reverse Natural Guidance
The disclosed embodiments relate to recognition of navigation and/or guidance related information within an expressed conversational narrative between a provider of the narrative and a receiver thereof. The recognized navigation and/or guidance related information is then converted into navigation data which may be used to present a navigation route and/or guidance information related thereto to the receiver.
Situation-aware route and destination predictions
A method for predicting a destination of a vehicle includes receiving vehicle data from a plurality of sensors, the vehicle data including at least a current location and a current time, determining a plurality of usage scenarios based on the vehicle data, accessing historical vehicle data and user data from a database, assigning, based on the vehicle data, a likelihood value to each of the plurality of usage scenarios, and predicting a set of destinations and routes for each of the plurality of usage scenarios.
Adaptive interactive voice system
In one embodiment, an apparatus for adaptively interacting with a driver via voice interaction is provided. The apparatus includes a computational models block and an adaptive interactive voice system. The computational models block is configured to receive driver related parameters, vehicle related parameters, and vehicle environment parameters from a plurality of sensors. The computational models block is further configured to generate a driver state model based on the driver related parameters and to generate a vehicle state model based on the vehicle related parameter. The computational models block is further configured to generate a vehicle environment state model based on the vehicle environment parameters. The adaptive interactive voice system is configured to generate a voice output based on a driver's situation and context as indicated on information included within at least one of the driver state model, the vehicle state model, and the vehicle environment state model.
Method and server for traffic signal regulation based on crowdsourcing data
Aspects of the disclosure relate generally to a traffic control system, the system includes at least: a Wi-Fi communication unit which connects between vehicles and Internet network; and a control unit which controls the vehicles by a Wi-Fi network. The control unit generates crowdsourcing data by using the data collected from the vehicles, and controls the vehicles based on the generated crowdsourcing data.
METHOD AND SYSTEM TO CONTROL VEHICLE BASED ON PREDICTING DESTINATION
Provided are a method and a system for controlling at least one feature of a vehicle based on a destination predicted when a driver of the vehicle does not input a specific destination to a navigation system of the vehicle. A driving pattern is determined using driving information of a vehicle. A driving model corresponding to the driving pattern among pre-stored driving models is determined. A destination of the determined driving model is identified as a prediction destination. Control signal corresponding to the prediction destination for controlling at least one feature of the vehicle is generated for performing a vehicle operation according to the vehicle control information.
Information presentation method, operation program, and information presentation system
An information presenting device (100) presents image information; an operative device (200) accepts a predetermined input operation during the presentation of the image information; a guide information managing device (300) stores date and time information indicating a date and a time at which the input operation is accepted, image specifying information specifying image information presented when the input operation is accepted, and guide destination information indicating a guide destination to which the user is guided is stored in a database in association with one another, the guide destination information being specified by the date and time information, and the image specifying information; and a guide device (400) presents the guide destination information in response to a request from the user.
Context-based routing and access path selection
Systems and methods for determination of an access path are disclosed. The access path may include any drivable route that is within a site, and is often, but not necessarily, exclusive of roads in a road network external to the site. In some cases, access paths may include a set of streets between two or more sites without necessarily including a drivable path within a site. Further, the systems and methods may calculate or determine minimum cost routes that include the access path. In some cases, the calculated route may be the minimum cost route that includes the access path, but not necessarily a minimum cost route to a site. In other words, in some cases, the selection of an access path serves as a constraint that supersedes the calculation of a minimum cost route.
