The cylindrical telescoping member comprises a projection to be received into a particular detent groove of the plurality of detent grooves of the cylindrical detent casing. The cylindrical telescoping member comprises a first connector to be detachably connected to a top side of a garment. Moreover, the bustle device comprises a U-shaped member connected to a second end of the cylindrical detent casing. The U-shaped member comprises a second connector to be detachably connected to a bottom side of a garment.
